“I was looking for a pair of black booties and thanks to Eddie I found them. He was very professional and very quick to get me the pairs I needed. I was extremely impressed with how fast he was, making my purchase efficient and easy. Eddie brought me many, many pairs and gave me his honest opinion. He was very fashionable and knowledgeable too. I appreciated him looking up the sizes for me and telling me what other customers thought of the shoes that I was trying on which informed me even further. Eddie made sure to mention the options I had for shoe protectants and polish as well. I'm not sure if he's a manager or not, but he definitely has the professionalism and organizational skills for a role of authority.”

“Almost a decade ago, I sold my travel bag that I used to go to Palestine to my sister. And now that I have kids, I needed a new one big enough to hold most of our stuff on my back. The bright colors in the window caught my attention.The courteous staff answered all my questions, looking in the back to see if they had what I needed.They didn't, and instead of trying to sell me on something else. They recommended I just go to the online shop. Online didn't have any other colors other than what they had in the store. So I think I will go back and reward reward that young man with whatever commissions they get for sales.”

HOWEVER, a friend recommended them and suggested I go in and ask for T.T is the nicest and chillest dude there is.
