She demystified the whole process for me and helped me look great for my event. “Almost a decade ago, I sold my travel bag that I used to go to Palestine to my sister. And now that I have kids, I needed a new one big enough to hold most of our stuff on my back. The bright colors in the window caught my attention.The courteous staff answered all my questions, looking in the back to see if they had what I needed.They didn't, and instead of trying to sell me on something else. They recommended I just go to the online shop. Online didn't have any other colors other than what they had in the store. So I think I will go back and reward reward that young man with whatever commissions they get for sales.”

I got what I was looking for and even got a food reccomendation. (Never really went to Braintree mall before so, Nikki made my first time worth it).”
