Rude abusive staff. They are being sued for deceptive business practices. Many options out there. This should not be one of yours unless you want to be insulted while wasting a huge amount of time.

I went to Sherwin Williams for paint for my living room. I was unsure of the color. The associates gave me advice about the colors I was looking at and suggested taking home a stick on color swatch. I ended up buying the paint. The experience was a pleasant one. I would recommend the store to anyone

Went in today to get a paint match to our son’s bedroom wall. When I walked in no one was on the floor. I waited at the counter until finally after several minutes a man came out wearing head phones and asked what I needed. I asked if he could match the chip of paint I had. He said no that it wasn’t large enough. That’s understandable but never offered to help find a good match. I asked if they did sample size cans and he said no and went into the back. I went on my search for a paint that could match. When I finally found it I went up to the empty counter and walked for several more minutes before he came back out. Couldn’t even be bothered to put the paint sample marking on the lid. Cut to… my paint doesn’t match and I have a quart of it.
