Rented a uhaul from here with counter pick up. Man and woman running the place said that there was a code in your email for mobile pick up. There wasn't. Asked them again for the keys. Said that we can do mobile. We said we did counter pick up. Basically shewed us away and left us standing in the rain. We were obviously can confusedd and any good business would help unconfuse the situation. These people were clearly annoyed with us being there. We sat trying to figure out in the car and couldn't.
