The best Sephora ever. Great atmosphere. I immediately felt welcomed by April. She took her time to pick out the best products for me and my skin type. This Sephora does a great job on making you feel comfortable. Hailey was also fantastic! She was so fun felt like I was shopping with a friend that cares about my needs instead of how much I spend.

Rebel and April! They are such skilled professionals and so personable as well.
Rebel took the time to help me quickly find the foundation color that was a perfect match and gave me many makeup tips while gracefully managing the staff and helping other customers all the while. So amazing! And she is an opera singer, too!?!? Yes!
April is a really great makeup artist with awesome techniques to learn from! She is a kind, gentle soul who lovingly adopted a dog with special needs.?
With both their help, I felt beautiful and sexy, was told I looked younger, got honked at, and was confident for my passport and driver's license pictures that day. Thanks again!?

Sales reps were not helpful. Three of them at the register at once with one cashier open and no one on the floor. Had to walk up to them to ask for help and even then, they weren’t helpful. I asked for foundation and they pointed me to a cc cream that was near the register where they were standing. Doesn’t seem like they care to help. Had to find everything on my own. The first time I went, I asked for directions to a certain brand and they pointed me in the direction and walked away.

the sales reps are useless; my product was discontinued by the makeup manufacturer and the girl who came to assist me was all “oh that’s been discontinued. sorry good luck tho” and walked away. made no attempt to help me find a similar product to get the job done.

The assistant store manager Bridget has been consistently rude and unprofessional during multiple interactions. Today, I had a scheduled appointment with a specific makeup artist that I requested a month ago. At the last minute, at 9:48 am, she canceled my appointment, citing the cancellation of another artist whom I did not request. This has happened on multiple occasions and is unacceptable. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she engaged in argumentative behavior. Customers should not suffer due to Sephora's staffing issues and scheduling mismanagement. I urge senior management to investigate this matter promptly, as it reflects poorly on Sephora.

Worst experience in person and calling. Placed a pickup order in the early morning and now it’s 5pm and no update. I called to check in since a friend was going to pick it up for me. The employee was rude I stayed calm and friendly on the call I know it’s busy on a Saturday especially with the sale but her not bothering to check on my order or even look it up just dismissing me was unprofessional. Just telling me to wait for a confirmation email as if that’s not the most obvious thing in the world. Pickup orders ar e usually supposed to be ready in 2 hours, I ordered early since I knew it would be busy. This Sephora location in general is a hit or miss have met very nice employees who’ve helped me in the past but this experience has overshadowed the good ones. Cancelled the pickup order and will be getting all items separately from the brand to support those brands directly from now on instead of Sephora

I do want to like this place many product choices and my go-to for my tinted sunblock. It is $$$$ & the store has bad lighting, so the makeup will look different when you are in natural light.

Too many complaints about service and not well trained . Terrible customer service reps. For the money move on to a better place. Just not a Sephora . These places are not clean they use same towels on other people and they don't sanitize all the time. Just watch them.

I’ve came here 2-3 times a week for the past few months to do my makeup. Typically this experience is seamless as I’ve seen the same artist who are amazing. Yesterday I went and despite typically seeing the same
Person I was placed with a new person Yareliz. She did not do any skin prep prior to applying makeup, she did not color match, she did not do brows which is typically included and when I told the artist Yareliz that I did not like my makeup she did not make any changes. I came back later to have it fixed and was made to feel uncomfortable. As a regular customer at this Sephora I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and makeup done by Yareliz as well as the response by management in rectifying this situation.

Besides waiting in line the customer service nowadays has dropped to the ultimate low. If i had birthday I coming up I went in there to get a little light makeup done. But during the holidays it seems like they'll hire anyone to work. My experience with Sephora at the Braintree mall during the holidays were awful I will upload the video to show you that I waited in line just to reach the cashier and for her to have the most nastiest attitude. For her (ASLLE) defense I stated the wrong name of the product i was buying. But she knew exactly what I was talking about and still gave me an attitude. And when I told her hey listen it's the holidays be a bit more cheerfull she proceeded to tell me "no she is not in the happy mood" So once I gave her a chance and she did not apply it I began to give her the same attitude she gave me. That is when her co-worker LEAH took over and was five times better than she was and also try to deescalate the situation but it was already escalated then her manager proceeded to walk over did not address me did not ask if she can help me did not ask me what happened just spoke to her co-worker and I'm all about making sure my staff is respected and okay but also checking with the customer who is also buying the product but that didn't happen. I'm very disappointed in Sephora and don't think I will be going back to that location at all
