How does SEARS afford to keep this location open?! It's empty of product and employees. Got a nice lands end haiwaiian shirt here in 2004 and some tire services. Too bad.

I was surprised to find that this Sears was still open. Unfortunately it's a ghost town. A lot of open space, and maybe 2 or 3 employees just hanging around. I was happy to find it for the nostalgic feeling of seeing a once thriving store of the 80's and 90's still having a presence today. Sad to say that it's only a matter of time.

This was a family store, my family store, as everyone knows, the store used to be a good place to go shopping all year around. This time it was kind of sad, the store is almost empty with brands that I am not familiar with and there's nothing wrong with that if the quality of the material was good but it's not. I walked out of the store with empty hands and a little disappointed.

Love it!! Glad to see a true icon of our 70s, 80s and 90s childhood, alive and well in Massachusetts. The last operating Sears, in the US, possibly the world. It was magnificent, fully stocked, clean, and pleasant shoppers...No unruly crowds. Sears has TWO floors of items and inventory. There is no better feeling than actually BUYING Craftsman tools and DieHard batteries, at an actual brick and mortar Sears store, and we have it in Braintree, MA. When I heard they sell DieHard batteries at Advance Auto, I was like, "Friggin really?". What a joke, not the same. Sucks for the rest of the country...But great for us Massachusetts folk. Lol

I visited in December 2022. I hadn't been to a Sears since the one in my area in New York closed ten years ago. It was a nostalgic experience to be back there. I was in the market for a new refrigerator and they had a great selection. The associate who worked with us, as well as the cashier, were both absolutely helpful, and the friendliest people you'd ever want to meet. I always had the same experience at the Sears I used to go to, and it was amazing to see that still happening! We got a good deal on the refrigerator we chose, they helped us load it into the minivan, and we've not had a problem with it yet! We're proud to be probably one of very few in New York to own a new Sears appliance! The store was clean, everything was well organized, and we will definitely try to make it back soon!

Braintree outlet is one of those still working. Otherwise, many have closed country wide. Here is the homeware, furniture, rugs, clothing, jewellery, and allied things.
