AVOID AT ALL COST! Especially if you are young or a female, I was blatantly lied to on multiple occasions and clearly tried to take advantage of me assuming I didn’t know what I was talking about, little did they know I have family in the car business. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any store or company. Not only did my Volkswagen that is less than 2 years old and less than 16k miles need a large repair. They lied to my face in telling me the parts would take over a week and then when asked on this magically could get the parts overnighted. I was also offered no solution or assistance when telling me that they would need to take the car for two weeks and that was after I had to tell them that the car was unsafe to drive because it has a leaking head gasket and was leaving coolant out. They actually put in writing that my car was safe to drive. They are incompetent and liars, do not bring any car here! To top it off Volkswagen also offered no support on a car that is leased less than 2 years old with less than 16k miles on it. They could not have cared less and just kept telling me that it was the dealers fault, who clearly also could not have cared less as well.

I mentioned that I hear some noise but I purposely didn't mention that the steering wheel shakes like crazy due to bad front brakes but I was told that the car is fine. I guess the multiple point inspection was not performed.

I figured that I should pay for a diagnostic to find out the source of the noise and that didn't work either.
All I got is lies and blame for their incapability.

Service personnel were nice but be aware of overcharging services.
I bought in for diagnostic and service advisor was telling me it just needed a AC recharge for $250 then called back saying compressor needs replacement. I didn't accept the replacement and still charged for AC Recharge instead of diagnostic fee of $180 and told AC diagnostic is a higher fee But could not provide have any support on paper when I asked. Diagnosis fee is a flat rate service wherever I went for and never heard of difference. I maybe wrong but they should never sell a customer a higher ticket item while a lower diagnosis should be in the first place.
Plus called for confirmation of parts were ready for a active recall before dropping off for and recall was not performed while picking up said parts was not available.

I had scheduled warranty service for faulty rear shocks and a faulty passenger seat sensor. I was told on the phone that the shocks were out of stock but the sensor was in stock. I got a text that the shocks were in stock and to call to set up an appointment. I called, set up a time, and asked if the sensor for the seat was available as well. I was told that it was. I dropped the car off and while I was waiting to be picked up, I was informed that the sensor was not available. It is my belief that the team simply did not want to spend the half day to replace the sensor. I am routinely disappointed by the management of the service team at this location. Unfortunately this is the only VW dealership near me.

Screwed me over 4 times never going back even though I work next door and it's the most convenient place. 1 Made me pay for electrical repairs caused by water coming thru the sunroof. Now part of a class action lawsuit because this was a known issue. Bought the car new there too.
2. Messed up a recall/retrofit and my engine died right before I merged on the highway. Could have been seriously injured. They initially claimed not their fault and refused to pick me up at 6pm even though I was a mile from the shop. Left me stranded for hours and almost missed my mom's birthday. 3. Battery died the day after my oil change after I'd never taken my car anywhere else. Yes, I should have checked the date myself but they obviously didn't check it. I didn't go back for years after that. Went back again after going to Nucar Norwood a few times. This time there was a bracket (VW cost $30) that would have taken 5 minutes to swap out but they would have charged $150. Then when I got home i got an alarm for front adaptive headlight. I called and they said I could pay $150 to diagnose it even though I just came from them. Yeah, I'm sure the light came on by coincidence the first time I got in it and they won't even take a look. One time fine, but I guess I'm going to spend way more time driving further away to find a better service center. They're also the only place I know that doesn't wash your car before giving it back (the others do). 2 stars for flexible drop off and Lyft drop off.

This was the best experience purchasing my car! I worked with Keith who was so helpful and patient when deciding a big purchase like a car! I have had horrible experiences in the past but working with Keith and quirk was so pleasant. They made the process easy and timely. I am so grateful for them! I pick up my new car this week!
