Imagine my surprise when I inquire about a vehicle and get a response that they do not have any used vehicles for sale.If that's the case, why are there cars listed on their website?

Very BAD Service department . Think about fixing your car there before buying car there . Don’t buy any package from there, you definitely regret to do the service there. Before you buy the vehicle from this company , very very need to consider about the services , very very bad and disappointing . You will push away and pay for all the service and schedule you the appointments push back all the time and useless appointment when you schedule. It a STUPID decision to have this service.

Recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra from Quirk preowned and Mike was the salesman that helped me. Mike was great to work with. Answered lots of my questions. And I can still call him and he responds very quickly. No pressure sales. Mike is friendly and personable and extremely helpful.

Purchased my car last week, nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Working with Matt, great guy, no pressure, very easygoing.I haven't bought a used car in a while, and so far so good. Found a car I wanted, put money down, and Matt took care of the rest.Excellent service. I'm a lifetime customer at Quick!!!

Recently purchased my pickup from there and worked with Mike. Nothing but good things to say about buying a vehicle from them. Mike was easy to work with. No pressure. Drove the truck off the lot that day and they did the rest. Next time I need a vehicle new or used I will be going back to Quirk.

Employees lie and screw over the customer. The mess up and then don't attempt to resolve it. Wouldn't buy a car from them ever.

Please do not shop at this dealership. They lie, cheat and trick you into buying a car and think they are right because their is a shortage right now. We had spend a long day out shopping and test driving cars. on our way home we saw Quirk Pre-owned and decided stop and take a look at what they had available. Out budget was below $20K. We pulled in and parked in front of the main building. No one came out to talk to us. we went to look at the cars and didn't like any of the sticker prices except 2 Chevy Equinox for $21990 and $22990, but we were concern with the warranties. so we left, still not have been approached by a sales associate. after we had lunch and talk a minute we returned to Quirk Chevy Pre-Owned to see what we could do to test drive and purchase one of these vehicles. again we drove into the parking lot and parked in the same spot in front of the main building. No one came out. we went into the building, no attention given. we went up to the counter, no attention given. finally we asked the first sales associate about the 2 cars we saw the last time we where there earlier that day. from that point forward it was a whirlwind of BS on how the one car had all the safety features and the other was a base model, either though the $22,990 base model was certified preowned by Chevy. So my wife and I took the Black $21990 Chevy Equinox, which was missing letters in the name on the drivers side and had a dent on drivers side passenger door. the car drove ok and we like it for our second vehicle, but I couldn't find or use "All the Safety features." When I brought up the fact that I could not find all of the safety features, Forward Collision Assist(FSA) for one, I was given a long diatribe about how some of these are set to automatic(which is BS, the car I drive has FSA and you have the option to turn it off). From that point forward we went in to fill out the paperwork which at first we were told the interest rate would be 0.9% it was raised to 2.9%, it was supposed to be 36 Month, but the paperwork said 72 months, the warranty package was supposed to be 0 deducible, but it was $250 deducible. We could get the sales person to tell us the whole cost of the car, he would only tell us the month payments. it wasn't until we finally told him we would pay cash that he told us the full cost, at that point we realize they were charging us $1000 more than sticker price. My wife brought this to his attention and he became incensed and began arguing with my wife about how that is the price on the website and the stick price doesn't matter. I this point my wife and I told him we were not buying today and left. half way home, the sales person called us and told us he spoke with his "Manager" and when was aloud to only charge use $400 over sticker. We told him we came into the lot and will only pay $21990 base price and not a penny more. he then agreed if we switched back to financing the vehicle. He also told us, which I'm not sure why, that his manager had told him to remove all of the stickers with prices on them so no-one else will be "confused." Needless to say we did not buy a car from these crooks. I would highly recommend you stay as far away from buying a car from them as possible.Quirk Chevy Pre-owned. I have read your other comments for other negative reviews. You double talk will not apply in this respect. you tried to cheat my wife and I into buying a car for a wholly unreasonable price with less that honest means. your Sales person should be fired and you should not be allowed to service the general public. I will be following up this review with a complaint to the BBB and MA CFPB.
