Great service, I knew what I wanted. Walked in and spoke to a sales representative, and paperwork started. Quick test drive, then done. Simple, fast, and great service.
They absolutely made purchasing a new top of the line Telluride as easy as it can be spending a lot of money.
Attentive and friendly, as well as on top of getting me into the car and off the lot in under 2 hours.
Good stuff.
Ali is the man.
Had another service today. Oil, fluids also tires rotated. on top of that had a recall issue fixed on the seat.
Was in and out in a hour, team was amazing, and as always was a good experience.

Very happy with my experience at Quirk Kia in Braintree. It’s been very exhausting shopping around with the crazy prices and interest rates right now but my lease was coming to an end so it had to be done. Jerry and Dominik were an absolute pleasure to work with and made it a very positive experience.

Where do I begin? I came in to Quirk Kia to have some recall services done to my Kia. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service consultant named, Bobby C. Let me tell you this man deserves a raise and recognition! He practically embodied customer service to the max! He was attentive and took the time to answer my questions and explained the different services they offered to help me maintain my kia in top shape. I left Quirk Kia feeling impressed enough to write this review for all to see. Big shout out to the staff here and to Mike who is doing a fantastic job managing this place! I would give them 10 more stars if I could.

Mike Edwards and the Quirk KIA team in Braintree have been great to work with. I’ve had a wonderful working relationship with Mike for about three years and he has been nothing but professional and helpful throughout the entire car buying/leasing process. If we could give this dealership more than 5 stars, we would. We had an incredible experience leasing our very first Kia. It was quite the opposite experience from other dealerships. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Kervins, who was easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about the inside and outside of all Kia models. We also worked with Mike Edwards, who has to be the easiest, least pushy salesperson in the business. In our past experiences with other dealerships, we have spent hours and hours waiting for numbers and options with pushy salesmen. Mike and Kervins fully understood that we didn’t want to wait, and assisted us in any and all things with no wait time at all. We were able to do all the paperwork online from the comfort of our own home, which was seamless. We had test drove, leased, and picked up within a day. We will never be going to another dealership besides Quirk again! Highly recommend!

Mike in sales was rude and would recommend the Kia in Norwood if you’re going to purchase. I went here and am excited to hopefully buy a Kia Sportage Hybrid. I wanted a final price and what I was getting in the hybrid compared to all gas. Mike was rude, dismissive (assuming because I was a woman), and gave me no clear price, no quote, and wouldn’t answer the differences in the model. Did not ask what I was putting down or my credit score. Save your time and try a different Kia dealer.

Its service department refused to diagnose the item unless I pay $170 on the items Kia sent me a letter about: coolant leak. The car lost all engine coolent and became a trash at 145,000 miles.

*Update: Jorge did not try to find a number that would work for us. He provided an initial number and that was it. I am glad I went to a different Kia dealership the next day, who was willing to actually have a discussion and conversation to work towards a number that I was WILLING to pay for. This was not out of our budget whatsoever, however the initial numbers from Quirk were not in a range that made sense. Especially when the other Kia dealership provided the same downpayment for $100 cheaper per month.
I work in Technology Sales and this experience was not how you treat a customer. Nothing about this experience felt welcoming, and clearly Jorge did not care to earn our business. Jorge - next time before assuming your customers do not have the money or credit to purchase, think twice.
*I purchased a brand new 2024 Kia Sorento S AWD with all of the same features at the other Kia the day after this experience at Quirk.
Not the usual experience you’d expect when going in to buy a car. Sales Manager Jorge did not even stand up from his chair, didn’t offer us a seat, and didn’t even shake our hand. He immediately told us we need “excellent” credit to lease a car (which I have)… seemed like he assumed due to me being on the younger side I wouldn’t. We left after he didn’t even try to accommodate our asks. The next day, we walked into Kia Norwood and the experience was amazing from the start. We signed the deal at another Kia dealership 20 minutes away the same day, with exactly what we wanted.

I dropped my car off to the service department when a check engine light came on. I was told by Robert I need a service and to fix a part in the engine and it would cost $400. The car also had a recall that needed to be fixed, and I was informed this would be fixed at no cost to me. When the work was complete and I received the invoice, the recalled part was included as a charge. Robert acted shocked, but did agree to remove it after I called attention to it. After paying, when I returned to pick up the car, the engine light was still on and the car was now making a noise it wasn’t making before. This was approximately 10 minutes before closing. I went back in and was rudely greeted by Justin who stated this was “not my problem.” After insisting the car be fixed, since I had paid for it, he brought the car back into the shop. I over heard another employee say I’ll just reset the light and send it back out. It did indeed come out with the light off, but with that comment, who knows if it’s fixed. When Justin got out of my car, he was rude and down right aggressive. When I again stated my displeasure with the service he stated “you were scammed by Robert. They didn’t do what they told you they did.” He also yelled “this job isn’t worth it, I’ll fight you.” I can not believe I went in for my car to be repaired and was ultimately threatened with physical violence. I would not trust these people.

Ask for Jorge (Sales Manager).
At one point in my career I sold cars, and I myself have purchased new cars. Buying a new car should be an exciting time in your life, but instead it's daunting, uncomfortable, pushy, and absolutely no one looks forward to it.
Well let me tell you: Jorge an absolute class act. Made the process comfortable, fair, and he was very knowledgeable. As far as sales people, and the car buying process goes...you absolutely will not find a better person to take you through it than Jorge. I might still be selling cars if I had a manager like Jorge (lol ?).
I bought my Sportage Hybrid 5mo ago and just now realized I didn't leave a review...that should speak at least a bit about how much I think he deserves this recognition.

Terrific place to lease a KIA Niro EV! The sales staff and associates are very well informed and eager to help but are not pushy. From the test drive in January to leasing in April—to a person, from the GM, Jerry, to everyone we interacted with, it was an incredibly positive experience at Quirk KIA in Braintree, MA.! Kudos and thanks to all!
