Scheduled my service appt for oil/rotation June 4th. Received confirmation email with attachment for the services that would be done on my Jeep during that appointment. Few weeks later received recall letter in mail so I called dealer- no parts yet try back. Called back a few weeks later parts in when do you want to come in? Told service I already had an upcoming appt scheduled and asked if we could tack it on to that appt. They said yes,we will do it all at once. End of July go in to service. They had my for for 1.5 hours. Was told via phone before appt that recall add on would only take 15 extra minutes. 1 month later 4% oil life need oil change soon alert popped up. Called dealer.... they did not do an oil change or rotation at my appointment 1 month prior. Offered me spot the following day. Got to dealer and was told I have no more Jeep wave services left. Ended up leaving with my Jeep. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Unacceptable. Offered me no reason as to why the services I scheduled for in advance were not completed on my vehicle at the prior scheduled service appointment. Poor customer service. My time and money is valuable.

The team at Quirk in Braintree are the BEST! I bought my wrangler from this dealership two years ago and the buying process was transparent and easy, but the service team here is truly next level - both in terms of their knowledge, and more importantly in being so incredibly kind and accommodating.
I've had a few random issues pop up with my vehicle, but the team, specifically Don and Jeff, have gone out of their way to take care of me! Genuinely such nice people and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They've taken what could have been really stressful, negative experiences, and made them as easy as possible! No one likes having car issues, but having people like Don and Jeff in your corner when something goes wrong is truly priceless. I am so thankful for all of their help and glad that I purchased my Jeep here!

Thank you to the Manager, Blest, who took the time to answer questions that were Jeep related but not purchasing related.
Since I was not purchasing he could have easily given me a quick answer but he went above and beyond. I bought my first vehicle here and would highly recommend hem for any Jeep related purchases.

Eric Ao, the general manager, is extremely unprofessional and rude. He sold us a brand new 2023 jeep that has now had 3 major electrical issues. The vehicle only has 7,000 miles on it and as such, should not be having these issues. Lost power steering twice and puts my family at risk. He offers no help and has us transferred to other departments that also provide no help. I will never purchase another Jeep vehicle and will certainly never go to Quirk for anything in the future. Very unhappy with Jeep and Quirk. Would give zero stars if I could.

Sold me a car with faulty wiring and then did nothing to fix it! Their technician told me the short in the steering column had nothing to do with the accident. I was quoted $800 and ended up paying $1,200. And the lack of accountability and customer service is why you deserve 1 star.

Do not lease or buy the new Jeeps or from this dealership. The new Jeeps have so many problems with the cars that where overlooked in the design stage that they simply wont fix. Before leasing my car i asked what it would cost to add a trailer hitch to the car and the sales rep told me "a few hundred dollars" Stupid me for listening to him as the real price was $1500-$2200. Last time i use Quirk or Jeep.

***updated to 3 starts. we finally resolved our issue a few weeks ago.
I'll change my rating once my issue is solved. Mopar offered to buy out my warranty because the cost of replacing the transmission was too high. This was in August of 2023, and the service department had the car in for the transmission fix. We agreed to sell the car for $1000 with Raj, which you guys didn't honor and later said Raj is no longer here and "we can only offer you $500". We sold the car for $500 just to avoid dealing with this further.
Mopar mailed a check to the dealer in August of 2023. I was told from your servicing department that you guys never got the check and you could no longer help me and i'd have to deal directly with mopar. The check was lost and no one cared to help us. It's been since august of 2023 that i've been on the phone with mopar to get the warranty buyout check. They've been dragging their feet and now they're finally saying we're about to re-issue the money.
They called me today and said they'd credit the dealer's account and that the dealer would cut me a check. The reason for doing this is to avoid another check being lost like the first time. Called the dealer today to explain my situation and was transferred to GM Eric, who felt like was bothered by my call and was being quick to dismiss that this is a mopar issue. It is a mopar issue but i initially brought the car in for service at your dealer. This is not how you treat clients.

I was having issues with my Jeep FOB even after changing batteries , I called down and a service member Matt Gadbois said I could come right down. He saw me right away, troubleshooted my FOB and got it working and didn’t charge me. I was preparing to pay $400 to replace it, but Matt was so kind, efficient and helpful . I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at any dealership like I did at this Jeep .

The service manager is extremely helpful and really cares! My Jeep Wrangler started having corrosion and my warranty was going to expire in 4 months. The dealership I bought my jeep from said they couldn’t help me and didn’t give me any guidance. I called Quirk Jeep in Braintree and the service manager Mike was so helpful. He called me back within 5 minutes and gave me all the steps to take in order to get a claim started with Chrysler and additional numbers to call for further assistance. He took time out of his day to help me even though I was not an existing customer, and I really appreciated it. I called their service center recently after having trouble starting my Jeep, and after a few questions over the phone they were able to help me and advised I call AAA to change the battery since they were full with appointments. They were right and all the issues I was having was because of the battery. It’s hard to find a place that actually cares about their clients and I feel this service center has gone above and beyond to help me even when I wasn’t a customer at the time. Thank you so much!!

Amazing experience! Thanks to a great vehicle but more importantly, Will! He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my car buying experience. I built a Grand Cherokee L Summit so I was in touch with him for a couple months while I waited for it to come in. During that time I had checked out at least 4-5 other car brands and therefore dealt with other sales people. He was by FAR the best to work with. Others refused to give quotes over email, failed to return emails/calls and gave suspect quotes. Will kept me informed at all times during the process, gave fair pricing and never made me feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. Beyond Will the other people at the dealership I spoke with during the process were knowledgeable and friendly. I already recommended him to friends and I would recommend visiting him/this dealership to anyone interested in a Jeep.

I highly recommend Sales Manager Minh Ta. She was so helpful and quickly responded to all of my questions. She worked to find me the best car at the best price. She was super fast with all the paperwork and made everything really easy. All the sales and service staff at the Quirk Dealership are excellent but Minh sets the standard for exceptional customer service!

I have never felt more stupid in my life. I felt Jeep and the company they use to do leasing/buyout are a scam. I got a lease in 2020 via Ally and it has been good till the moment when Ally connected with me denying me a lease extension and gave me literally 7 days to buyout or return the vehicle. I said ok I want to buyout, then Ally said they cannot finance the buyout in MA, and that I had to find a bank on my own… I was shocked that I was never told this before and felt that a serious company like Jeep and Quirk should never associate themselves with Ally. I filed a written complaint with customer association of MA because this company’s practices should not be legal and allowed anywhere in a civil country. Now of course I don’t want to buy anything else from anyone using Ally’ services. I don’t trust anyone doing business with them!
* Response to the comment below: My husband and I came three times in person in the dealership and were denied any options from some of your sales reps, we felt pushed in another lease and didn’t feel it was the best option. Then a buyout representative named Darren or Darrel told us over the phone that the only option was to get a bank approving a loan because Ally couldn’t help. I’m even more shocked.. but I will call tomorrow because I’m curious to hear about!
