I wish I could give this a lower star. After getting a nail in the sidewall of my tire I called Quirk Chevy to make sure I had tire insurance. The man told me I did and to bring the truck in to get it fixed. Another employee double checked to make sure I had the tire insurance and did a quick switch of my tire. Over a month later I get a call from Quirk Chevy Braintree telling me the tire insurance had actually expired and they needed to charge me $375 for a new tire. OVER A MONTH LATER!!! I’d be weary of getting your Chevy car serviced here as they do sketchy business. Definitely will not be going back to this location for service on my truck.

Avoid Quirk Chevrolet if you're interested in test-driving SuperCruise. My partner and I explicitly told multiple salesmen that we were only there to experience SuperCruise, yet this was completely ignored. We were passed around from one salesperson to another, only to be kept waiting for half an hour. When we finally got to the test drive, the salesman informed us that we couldn’t go more than a mile due to their insurance restrictions—meaning we couldn’t even try the feature on the highway where it’s meant to be used. A complete waste of time and a thoroughly disappointing experience. If you're serious about trying out this technology, look elsewhere.

Quirk Chevy of Braintree only accepts cashier checks and bank wires.If you shop for a loan elsewhere, make sure your bank will wire the funds or send you a cashiers check.Those of you whose bank is not nearby, you may want to shop somewhere else.They don't accept draft checks from Navy Federal Credit Union.

I'm starting to say I can't believe a great company like Quirk hired such unprofessional tyrants in the service department.
they don't have no customer service skills, no respect for clients; and they are tyrant and unprofessional. I came to fix my car, but they never called me to inform me about the car, when I called them to find out why they did not call me, they were so mad at me they hung up the phone in my face, I called again a guy name "Rob" was so mad at me when I was trying to explain the situation, I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there is no manager, I asked to speak to a supervisor he said NO, so unprofessional with a tyrant tone said to me " come get your car I'm not gonna fix it anymore" like he owns the dealership after I have been waiting 4 days. Quirk Chevrolet is the worst place to go fix your car if you don't want to have a bad day, they will treat you as a human being only if you are rich.
You are poor, you have an old car, you are black, don't go there.
You can tell how tyrant they are at this dealer, now they try to be defensive saying I was extremely rude and I used profanity word, what did I say that was a profanity word? I was for sure frustrated like all customers could be, but when a customer is mad this is where you will bring your customer service skills to help your customer not kicking the customers because they are mad, customers have their right to not be happy with your service if you don't have any skill to help them out have them talk to your manager or your supervisor you can't make a decision on your own kicking the customer out without letting him or her speak to a manager. I should read all the reviews posted before coming to your dealership it's clear you have too much money you don't care about your customers,
I will encourage everyone to be careful with this dealership they are so evil.
You are poor, you are not rich, you have an old car, and you are black trust me guys quick Chevrolet at Braintree will treat you like trash. They don't care about losing a customer they have money already.
Since the incident, any manager or supervisor never reached out to me to understand what was the issue to better serve others next time. I guess the tyrant was right there's no supervisor no manager at this dealership, and they proved that customers are not their priority.

Went in for door repairs and an oil change , was told I need a new motor on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. No dash lights and a very faint ticking. I changed the oil myself and the sound went away, that was in mid April and today is July 9th, the truck is still running fine. My brother in law bought a trailblazer there last year and when he went in for an oil change they took his tires off for some reason to check the breaks and never reinstalled his lock nuts and kept his key kit for the lock nuts. He know has to drive from boston again to try and resolve the issue and try to get his lock nuts and key back. Bad service and advice all around from this poorly run “ dealer “

Worst Worst Oil change/service ever, I got my oil change/service on May 18th 2024 and they put the oil ring in a wrong spot and it did not seated well and the oil was slowly slowly leaking and got empty and I barely drove my car(around 700miles) and my car stopped on 13th July 2024 and I got it towed to showroom on 16th July 2024 and after doing the research for 3 to 4 days they said that due to leaking of engine oil the engine is gone and they will cover the Labour cost for fixing a New engine but I have pay for the New Engine cost which is Ridiculous and Unbelievable.
I have done nothing wrong here, but to get an Oil change here, Which I have been doing here at the same place(Quirk Chevrolet Braintree) for several years and they even have my car service history for years, but I never knew these people are such an Unprofessional and Unethical people until this issue happened, Engine oil change is supposed to last for at least 5000 to 7000 miles and I did not even drove for 700 miles which is not even 10% of what they wrote on the windshield sticker and I have every proof to prove with dates, bills, miles and everything to show that they are ripping off the customers like me for getting a simple oil change , Instead of taking the full responsibility for the mistake that they did and fixing my car they are asking me to pay for Engine.
I hope to find a good lawyer to help me fight this issue and get me justice.

Big thank you to Quirk Chevrolet service division. I had a problem that was intermittent, That would not let me take the key out of the ignition. Another Chevy dealer did not fix the problem so I went to Quirk Chevrolet and met Joe Carmichael in service he was up front with me and said his technician would have to trace all the wiring under the dash find the problem and his technician would need up to two days to find the problem. Joe always kept me informed on how things were going and they found the problem and also his manager covered it under warranty, even though I was just out of it. Big thank you to Joe and his team I can now shut off my truck and take the heys with me.

Just bought a new 2024 Trax off the showroom floor. Charlie did an amazing job making life easy by offering me a fair trade in value for my truck, getting the numbers to be where I wanted them, and staying persistent to get the paper work squared away in just a few hours.
It always feels good when you leave a car dealership feeling like you didnt get screwed and Charlies transparency never made me feel that way. Will continue to go to Quirk in the future!

I just want to comment that you should be very careful when buying a vehicle from this dealer, they are too dishonest, when reviewing my documents after the purchase I was able to notice that the estimates we made at the time of the deal were very different from what appears in the documents, totally dishonest, it is not at all recommended to do business in this place.
