The receptionist was rude and coughing all over place. Then I was made to remove my head scarf as they kept calling it a hat. I guess they don't know the difference. I read the instructions in detail and even notified them that in forcing someone to do such a thing it would need to be specifically listed on instruction. But still makes no sense as headwear is required for certain religions.

Some people should not work in contact with the public. If you want to see an example, go here. The most miserable people work here. Rude, condescending and completely don't care about the people that are forced to go here. I've been there twice already and not only have I not been able to do my drug test, but they're marking the last one as 'refused test' because I walked out of the designated area, without being told what area that was. Now I have to wait for them to finalize the 'refused test' so I can get my HR to schedule and new one. Hopefully the people at the Norwood site will be more human.

The worst place to get blood taken is in quest braintree. Worst customer service by Anne. People make appointments and Anne decides to take walk ins in front of schedule appointments. Then when confronted she says I have no idea. Don't take anyone there that you carr about.. The other 2 co workers were hiding like children. Quest has gotten many complaints from this office. Maybe now they will do something. You would think a grown up woman like Anne would know better ..apparently not!!!

I am deeply disappointed by the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the lady at the front desk. She not only laughed at my family member and me but also abandoned her post at the front desk to continue laughing in the back of the consulting room while my family member was explaining something to me in our native language to inquire about the necessary medical diagnosis. She is a young lady, chubby and with light brown hair. I urge Quest Diagnostics to take appropriate action regarding this matter.

I just had the most amazing experience with Anne and Paulette at the Braintree location. They were kind, efficient and friendly. What a breath of fresh air in comparison to my experience in Quincy the day before! This will be the only location I use moving forward.

One of the worst centers I have visited. They are so slow and super rude. If you have options go somewhere else.

They had me wait for 2 hours. They kept putting new people in front of me. Then they said "sorry we didn't forget about you!!!" I am wondering how much I would have had to wait if they forgot about me..Also, why the lady at the front window doesn't stay in her desk to answer people's questions. It's too overwhelming visit..

Extremely disappointed in this unprofessional location. I made an appointment for fasting lab work. They were running behind schedule by about 20 minutes which I can understand. When they called me back, they told they would not be able to draw my blood because they didn’t have my doctor’s fax number. I’ve never had an issue with this previously. They told me to come back another time and were extremely dismissive. I asked why they couldn’t just draw my blood, upload the results to my portal and I could forward them to the MD myself. (This is completely acceptable and I have always gone about it this way.) I informed them that this was the time I had allotted and I could not return at a later date, I also informed them that it was fasting and required planning. At this time, the lady with dark hair and glasses said to me “You can skip a few meals, you’re not diabetic”. I was truly appalled. Being a nurse myself, I would NEVER say this to someone. As a matter of fact, I’m diabetic and fasting for any duration of time comes with risk and requires advanced planning. It is NEVER appropriate to tell someone they could “skip meals”. This lab tech has no idea anyones medical history. I could not believe the unprofessionalism in this establishment. After all of the back and forth, they drew my blood and I sent the results to my MD without issues. I will advise all my patients to steer clear and I will do the same.

This was my first time at this location and the building itself is pretty great, I was so impressed. I have to use the elevator and omgosh this was the best elevator I have been in!! The walls are so shiny, it's a great size, works perfectly, and the elevator floor is beautiful! I was actually sad there are only 3 floors lol and I only had to go up/down 1 floor so very short trips, I wanted to stay! Lol.The Quest itself was great too. I am used to very crowded, limited seating, long waits... But not here! There was a couple people ahead of me, but I was still seen so fast, basically no wait. The blood draw person was nice and friendly. The receptionist was good too. Both put up with my repetitive questions. And they had decent patience for me and my mobility device. I don't expect to need bloodwork again any time soon but if I do, I'm going here, even just to experience that elevator again lol.

The older lady seemed nice and polite, but the other one (Likely the same mentioned in the review below) is rude and talks down to people as if she runs the whole world. She’s the one that took my lab sample (7/18/22).

Receptionist was incredibly rude. Had a major attitude and was not polite at all. She definitely should not be in a customer facing role, unsure how she even got the job in the first place

Quick, easy, professional, and costs way less than So. Shore Medical Cntr., who uses Quest, too!

I agree with I.H.'s review; the Quest Diagnostics at 340 Wood Braintree was the cleanest lab I ever visited for an employment drug screen. The building was clean; however Quest service receptionist (specifically) is below far below worthly of being in a client facing position. When asked a question she raised her voice in an effort to embrase me before strangers in the waiting room. This woman needs to be fired! I suggest Quest Diagnostics at the very least investigate the employee and contact me for specifics which I will fully provide.
