This is a great Veterinary Practice, Dr. Paulauski is an experienced, kind and compassionate vet. Dr. P and her team are always very friendly, professional and informative. I bring both my doggos here for routine checkups, emergencies and recently to get my dog neutered. It's a more affordable practice versus many others in the area. Thank you for always taking great care of Fover and Puca, I would not go anywhere else.

I sadly have to say I would NEVER bring my beloved animal here. The pandemic put a hard time on all but during that time something I was concerned about on my dog's face was something and just not anything to be concerned about like was advised.Also treated for kennel cough..... and never cleared up ... ended up being something much more advanced and heart wrenching.... Normally I would never write anything in regards that was negative but if this can save somebody else before they bring, they be loved Pat here think twice and read other reviews and ask around.

Do not waste your time. Believe the reviews. It takes multiple calls to get a hold of this office "manager".. Once I finally got the call back, the manager, JENNIFER was anything but understanding and/or helpful. I was actually shocked at the way she was speaking to me. I'm in utter disbelief.Go anywhere else if you want your pet well cared for. The staff do not care for the well-being of your pets, they only see dollar signs which is such a shame. They'll do unnecessary blood work just to charge you.. I've had 5 cats and 2 dogs ... I know what a receipt should look like but gave them the benefit of the doubt.I've never felt so ripped off!

Very mixed feelings on this. Dr. P is very nice and I have found the office to be accommodating schedule wise etc. I would NOT recommend if you have a large dog, or one that is very nervous. I had several trips to the office to try and get blood drawn before a routine spay. The vet techs seem nervous with one even yelling out that my dog was going to bite her. She was muzzled. This same vet tech said the same thing when she went in for an eye exam. My dog is NOT aggressive in any way - just very nervous. Dr P also commented she did not want her girls (the vet techs) to get hurt. My dog absolutely picked up on everyone's nervousness. Not cool. And not something I have seen elsewhere. My dog has been shaking and crying over the past few days when we even put her in the car, as she thinks she is going there. Their plan was to have me pay over $500 (I was initially told it would be around $200), so she could be put under and have blood drawn that way. My dog has had surgery and treatment elsewhere and never had a problem giving blood etc. We cancelled the spay, and we will find a new vet practice that is more comfortable with my lovely and loving dog!!
