The team at Norfolk delivered as promised on our bathroom renovation. Steven Costa and all of the installation team including Kelsea, Mentor, and Pellumb gave us a wonderful upgrade.

We had our kitchen renovation done over the summer. Not knowing where to begin we made an appointment with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Braintree. We had Hilary one of the designers she was very helpful. Not sure of what we wanted. Hilary gave us some ideas and that suited our kitchen. After looking at colors of cabinets, draw sizes, arrangements, countertops and styles. We had made our decision. Everything came together beautifully. It was such a pleasure to work with her.
We then had a plan. We then met with Steven who was the Project Manager gave us the details of what to expect. Steven and the project manager assisted Barbara were always in contact with us keeping us up dated on the arrival of cabinets and schedule of the installation.
The carpenters Kevin and Matt were excellent and very meticulous.
We are very happy with our new kitchen.

Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Braintree renovated our kitchen and we could not be more pleased. Our Designer was Danielle Vincent who was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, had great ideas and helped us create a beautiful kitchen. We put off doing the kitchen because it seemed so overwhelming but she made the process so easy. Our kitchen was completed on time thanks to our project manager Steven and the best carpenters Kevin and Matt. Steven was great at communicating throughout the entire project.
Kevin and Matt were fantastic! They were always on time, skilled and built everything to perfection. Barbara was our project manager assistant and she was great at communicating and providing us with the documentation we needed.
I can’t say enough great things about the team! Everyone was nice, communicative and great to work with.
We could not be happier with our new kitchen! We plan to use Norfolk again for some future projects! -Kellie Melchin

Every step of getting our kitchen remodeling project done was handled in a professional manner. The staff is friendly and efficient and forthcoming with reliable information about the way things are likely to go. Our designer Torrey, was fun to work with and came up with design ideas and materials that were spot on for us. The carpenters, Mentor and Pellum and other contractors were amiable and skillful. Our project manager, Steven, was attentive and accessible and just a really good guy who cared about us and our project. Also, Barbara was always courteous and helpful with all things contract/billing related. Difficulties encountered along the way were always handled with a customer friendly outcome in mind. I would recommend Norfolk Kitchen and Bath to friends without hesitation. Really a class act with excellent service and staff!

I’m late in posting this review but I need to tell everyone how amazing this company is. We started with Nicola Hood who was amazing. We knew we were going to love this company. She guided and helped us choose everything we needed for our beautiful new bathroom without any pressure. We loved having everything to choose from in the show room. We also loved having everything delivered before the job began. Steve Costa was our project manager and he is just the very best around. He kept us so well informed through each step of the project, answered all questions and always got back to us. The people who work with him were just terrific. Kevin and Matt Murphy, Mentor Malushi, and Pellumb Alla. We can’t say enough wonderful things about them. All of them are truly masters of their craft. Max was the plumber and he’s also terrific. I have to add how wonderful Steve is if you have any issues or questions. He gets back to you and follows up. I highly recommend the Braintree branch of Norfolk Kitchen & Bath.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had during my kitchen remodel with the Braintree Norfolk K&B team! My designer Darby Kominik was such a pleasure to work with. She had great insight, answered all of my questions, and was so patient as I took my time to weigh certain project decisions! After my design was done, I was put into the capable hands of my project manager Scott Walsh! Scott was so easy to work with. He would always take the time to discuss my project and answer every question I had. I also wanted to give a big thank you to the install team (John and Jimmy). Such a professional pair. They would fill me in every day on what they were working on and answer all of my questions when I would poke my head into the kitchen during the day! If you are looking for a top-notch professional team, I strongly recommend Norfolk Kitchen and Bath-Braintree!

We had the pleasure of working with Darby Kominik on a recent kitchen remodel. Darby made many wonderful suggestions (especially the backsplash material) and was able to create a very functional design in a tight and difficult layout. The cabinet quality is great and the delivery process was easy. When we re-do our bathrooms in the future we will be going back to Norfolk Kitchen & Bath and would recommend that others use them for their projects.

We had an excellent experience working with Paul. He guided us through all our choices and brought my inspiration pictures to life in our space. He answered every question we had with great insight and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Paul understood our budget and space constraints and made sure to stay within them while still bringing our vision to fruition. The countertops are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this company for creating the kitchen of your dreams.

During our kitchen renovation, our experience with NKB and with our designer Darby was excellent. Darby went above and beyond to understand our needs and created an amazing design. The cabinets arrived sooner than we expected, look great and fitted perfectly. One door was damaged during shipping (which can happen, nobody's fault), but NKB customer support team took care of it right away after a 5 min phone call. We highly recommend Darby and NKB!

Excellent experience. Worked with Nicola who guided me on all of my choices. She was so patient through this process. She understood my budget and kept within that all while making my vision come through. The install team led by Steven was incredible. Their skill is excellent. Their attention to detail is amazing. Mentor and Pellumb were my installers and did a beautiful job. Countertops just went in today and they look absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough to recommend this company to put in the kitchen of your dreams.

Norfolk designed and built our beautiful new bathroom. We enjoyed working with the designer, Paul, and the PM, Steven, as well as Barbara, Mentor and Pallum. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Had a wonderful experience with the Braintree team on a kitchen remodel. Designer Lindsey Raymondo really listened and designed a kitchen that made the most of a small space. Project Manager Steve Costa kept everything running smoothly and was a great communicator. Carpenters Kevin and Matt take great pride in their work and made everything look fantastic. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and the job went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen & Bath.

Excellent experience with the staff. From our designer Richard Starke to the PM Steve and especially the cabinet installers Mentor Malushi and Pellumb Alla, we are very pleased with our new kitchen. We really appreciate the professionalism and excellent attention to detail.

This is the second time that I used Norfolk kitchen and bath I had them remodel my kitchen 3 years ago and now my bathroom this year Mentor Malushi and Pellumb Alla do excellent work I would recommend them to anyone at any time could not think of having it done by anyone else thank you Danielle Vincent for your designing skills and helping me put together a gorgeous bathroom and to Steve Costa as a project manager for keeping things on track and getting done in a timely manner keep up the good work guys
