Our appliance shopping started on August 3rd, on our way up to the lake in NH and we had a full car and both kids with us. I got to experience the sales cycle and how you treat customers as a family with two kids under 3 walking into the store. Rhoda, was super- SUPER nice to us all- but most importantly great with our kids!
Rhoda set us up with Fran. Who did a great job walking my wife through the packages/appliances and everything that she needed to know. As I was walking around the store with my son, and his lollipops (I probably owe you a bag of them haha), I was watching how all of your sales people were the same. Non-pressured, helpful and most important- they were all genuine about matching people with the right appliance.
We came back into the showroom on Tax Free Weekend to make the purchase after a long week of vacation (again with both kids) it was the same experience again. A true family run business... we met the owners & son, who were very hands on and helpful. Aside from the amazing pricing, your staff, from owner to sales, were always there making sure we were good and happy. Beth- you're the best! My wife LOVES you! And seeing our sons scribbled picture from the week before on the "ARTWORK" filing cabinet made him so happy.
An amazing experience from start to finish. If anyone in my extended group needs appliances, they will be sent your way.
I love the way you do business! Trust me when I say...from my experience, you're store and what you have is one of a kind.

Just got my first house which was a fixer upper, and had to redo the kitchen. We chose New England Appliance over the other big box stores and are thrilled that we did. I can’t speak highly enough of Tom McNamara who was our sales rep. He spent hours with us on the showroom making sure we really understood our options, and then crunched numbers to give us head to head comparison. We walked out of there shocked at our bottom line for an entirely new kitchen plus washer/dryer and felt like we got immense value. Highly recommend you pay them a visit if you need any appliances.

A big shout out to NEA delivery guys John and Scott who just delivered a stove to my older parents home. There were a few "speed bumps" on our end and they handled them with grace, ease and professionalism. Stove successfully installed! We have been doing business with New England Appliance for more than 30 years and have always been very happy with their products and service. Thank you!

We were referred to New England Appliance and I was surprised by the selection of products. They offer slightly damaged and new items. The salesman was informative and very helpful. We were pleased with our purchase. They also offer timely delivery and removal of the old item. We were looking for a refrigerator and they had plenty in stock. They have every appliance you can think of and more.

The people at New England Appliance go above and beyond and its obvious they genuinely care about the customer. They always provide phenomenal service at a great value and we couldnt be happier with our experience. My wife and I highly reccomend you shop at this store. 5 stars everytime!

I don’t usually leave reviews as I typically don’t have experiences with companies that I find worth leaving a review for and/or where I would feel comfortable recommending a company. New England Appliance is an exception to this! From start to finish I had a great experience with them. My husband and I were shopping around for a new refrigerator. I called multiple local companies regarding the same refrigerator and while I got similar responses/prices, I had the nicest customer service from Dave at New England Appliance. I knew which company I would go with just based off my interactions with Dave (customer service can make or break a sale for me). Dave is extremely kind and knowledgeable on all different refrigerators. He was happy to share his thoughts on certain brands and I felt he was very honest. I never felt pushed or pressured into a sale; he was happy to order whatever fridge we wanted whether it was more expensive or cheaper. They price match to other companies so you never have to feel awkward about asking, they happily do it! We had some hiccups with our order (nothing to do with New England Appliance, I just chose a difficult to get fridge) and Dave kept me up to date the whole time. I never had to bug him for information. The delivery was great. John and his partner arrived within the window of time that was scheduled. John was friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient. There was a tiny issue at delivery and John dealt with it immediately. He made it so painless and easy. He cleaned up after installation and taught me that stainless steel cleaner was meant to be used with the grain (I had no idea). I really feel valued as a customer at New England Appliance. New England Appliance is now the company I will turn to for any of my appliance needs and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! You will not regret choosing them over another company!

2/08/24 purchased a new Maytag top loader washer and gas dryer from NE Appliance. The salesman (Murray) was patient and very knowledgeable about all the various brands and options available with each set and models in the showroom. I was unsure of what brand to purchase other than I knew I wanted to go back to a top loader. AJ (shipping) arranged seamless delivery. John and Jimbo completed the delivery with amazing customer service and care of our home. The removal of old was quite challenging and they handled it very well and we are beyond thankful for the entire process. I whole heartedly recommend NE Appliance, Braintree

Experience with the store, product and sales people were fine. But BUYER BEWARE of the plumber they recommend and hand out business cards for. Scott McPherson BUTCHERED my cabinetry and hardwood floors and chipped my counters trying to jam in an oven that didn't quite fit. Instead of giving me an opportunity to make a decision to have a professional cut down a portion of the toe kick, he completely butchered my hardwood floors and toe kick portion of the cabinets when I was not present. He also told me "good luck ever getting this out" since it was shoved in so tightly. NE Appliance doesn't employ McPherson so completely washes their hands once they pawn this person off on you. I was absolutely shocked at what happened, I paid him to get him out and wish I hadn't - my mistake that I have to live with. Lesson learned. See attached pictures and learn from my mistake - use your own plumber that you trust, and never panic and pay someone when something like this happens no matter how pressured you feel. He came off as a very nice person, however did not acknowledge the chip or the floor when I asked about it. He gave some "ideas" on how I could fix the toe kick. All of this is more stress, time and money and never should have happened. I'm sure NE appliance will have a reply about how this isn't their issue, but I wanted the reader to know about their suggested plumber for delivery and install regardless because its all part of the experience and it doesn't need to happen to anyone else!

We had the best experience with New England Appliance and More. From ordering with Beth to delivery with Andrew and Mike the process was seamless. Beth was patient and took all our info over the phone and then Tom took the order. It was so easy and pleasant. Andrew and Mike were the best delivery guys you could ask for. So friendly, professional and efficient. We highly recommend using New England Appliance and More for any and all your appliance needs.
