Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. “Jaden assisted my wife and I to help her select a new iPhone, learn updates in meaningful ways (we are young, and I would have said we knew how to use the cameras well. He showed us multiple things rapidly that were helpful and caught both of us by surprise), transfer our information to the phone, and checked on us multiple times while the transfer was happening to make sure we were on track. It was actually the best customer service I have experienced in years, and I work in a service industry. He was energetic and knowledgeable and to help us logic through decisions.
