Jihad Bynum hi I'm calling to speak to you about the unbelievable salesman jihad that you have here he is got the most fantastic personality he's very very patient I cannot believe how hard he works I feel so bad for him he doesn't even take a break and he says so nice to every person that walks in here this is the second time I've been in his in his office here and he just is unbelievable and I have been in the store many many times and I've done purchases with family members and I've never had the respect and the most kindest person and he's got an awful awful lot of patience you people should be really very very happy that you have him working for you he is a 10 in my book!!! - James Watts

Absolutely wonderful service from Anthony and Jahan. They made the experience enjoyable. Be prepared to have a humorous encounter with those two while handling all your phone service needs. Hands down the best.

Manager was very helpful. I had been in once before to ask a question and he remembered me. Bought a new phone that I am very happy with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working smoothly for me before I left since I had been having issues with my previous phone (purchased from Amazon, Not metro) working properly .

All employees were cool. New girl, forgot her name was very polite and kind, the experienced was thorough. They should rate me a I brought a couple ("friends") they were indecisive and awful....NEVER AGAIN! I'll be back there in a couple weeks to grab another phone but nice people and helpful.

I went there trying to get an upgrade on my phone. The guy there made everything nice and had patience to explain how everything works on upgrades that I decided to get a new phone. The service was fast and friendly , they do appreciate their jobs over there. 5 stars.

I went in on Tuesday and got a "Brand New" LG K30. The manager Kyle was great. The phone was horrible. I had it for less than 48 hours and the screen went haywire, followed by the phone not working at all. I brought my phone in today to see if they'd remedy the issue. The ladies who were "working" had the gate closed until almost 2 in the afternoon, sitting at the counter gossiping, only opening the gate to go get more food. I finally got in the store and explained my situation, was yelled at and told that I broke the phone and just wanted a new one for free, and was told that it wouldn't be happening today and if I had an issue with it, I could call corporate. Kyle is awesome. His employees are trash.
