Everyone I encountered was very helpful and pleasant when I bought it and when I had to return it. There was not a problem with the mattress at all somebody had gifted me another mattress. Guys were great and professional.

The gentleman that helped was very friendly and accommodating He took his time answering all of our questions. He took the time to know if our needs before suggesting a couple of options. I was glad that I went there and got us a king size mattress that delivered very quickly.

We had a great experience with our sells person. We came in on a Sunday afternoon at the Braintree location. Our salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. I would definitely recommend.

The service was fantastic! I was greeted by Tom as soon as I walked in and he went above and beyond to ensure that I walked out with the best mattresses for my kids and my budget. I ended up buying a mattress for myself even though I wasn’t looking for one at the moment! Although the Labor Day sale was great, I would return because of the service :)

Brian has been so amazing. I never made the connection between sleep quality and the quality of the mattress. Once Brian educated it me on it, I was determined to buy the best mattress I can afford for my daughter. He was very kind, professional and not pushy at all.

I forgot the young lady’s name who helped us at the Braintree location-she usually works at the Avon location-but she was very nice, welcoming, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a blessing to have her serve us. What an employee!

Our sales person, Brittney, was fantastic! She’s normally in the Avon store but was in this location today— we’re very lucky we had her today! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. She never pressured us and gave us space when we needed. I didn’t feel like I was “preyed on” like other sales people we’ve encountered in the past.
We weren’t looking to buy a mattress today, but after our experience with Brittney and this location, we bought one! Can't wait to try out our new bed!

I had the pleasure of working with Mehgan. She was absolutely fantastic helping my husband and I find exactly what worked for us. She even let us know which locations had in stock mattresses to lay on and test. I never realized how hard picking out a mattress would be, but Mehgan made it such a breeze and most important, I never felt like an inconvenience with all my questions. Highly recommend her and Mattress Firm.
