Popped in here on a Sunday morning to treat myself to a new pair of jeans. I was greeted by the most friendly and radiant young lady, Dominique. She was bubbly, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful! Dominique helped me find the perfect pair of jeans and never once made me feel like I was imposing. Wonderful experience with their wonderful staff!

I went to Lucky in Braintree right when the store opened and I was lucky Dominique (I'm sorry in advance if I messed up the spelling) was incredible. She helped pick out the right styles, translated my sizes between styles and found me exactly what I was looking for. I left with 5 pairs of jeans that fit perfect and are so comfortable. It was such a successful trip with all of her help. I could have never done that without her (and it only took a half hour)She is the best!!

Do NOT buy Lucky Brand jeans any more....... they fall apart and are poorly made these days. The customer service dept doesn't care so spread the word ...... by anything else
