Bought my bike here a while back and they just helped me get my brake fixed and even checked the whole bike over free of charge. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back for sure.

Was in a major pinch recently and needed help with tires/tubes. I was lucky enough to find Landry's in Braintree and even more lucky to have JP assist me. JP was thorough, patient, and effective. I really appreciated the help, especially at a time when it was really needed. Thank you, JP and Landry's!

I didn't have a normal bike exactly and they found the parts to repair my brakes better than the dreaded total "over estimate". Very fair. Highly recommend ?

Will never take any of my bikes there again!! Maybe I’ll stop in a buy smtg, but absolutely never for service.Have taken my bikes there for the past 2 years, at least 5 times, for some routine maintenance (tune ups etc, as well as other work like adjusting gears and replacing a crank set for a power meter crank. WITHOUTH FAIL, I’ve had to take the bike back for more adjustments. They even installed a power meter, but forgot to install a critical magnet component- after it came back the crank came loose mid-ride!!Been cycling for almost 20 years, and I Gace to say that this is the worst service shop I’ve ever worked with. It was just so close to my house. Please do not contact me. I’ve written Landrys off.

My husband went into the Braintree location for a tune up and was not only met with 5 star customer service but actually had an exceptional experience with a gentleman by the name of Mark. Nowadays, it’s very rare to receive any type of personalized interaction when it comes to customer service in the retail industry however, this gentleman shared stories and photos of his passion for 2 wheels and intern gained a customer for life. Thank you Mark for the exceptional service and your attention to detail and the customers needs.

I cannot say enough about my experience in Landry's Braintree. I wasn't sure what I wanted as I hadn't bought a bike for years. I was in and out of the store on numerous occasions. They were so helpful and patient with me--each and every one of them!!I highly recommend this bike shop!

This shop is ran by a bunch of high school boys and just goes to show how much we underestimate teenagers! 10/10 for service and customer care. This shop is always busy and these guys acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They are always working hard, assisting costumers, and so friendly to chat with. Will always come back to landrys for my bike repair. They fixed two broken brakes and chains on standard commuter bikes for a great price!

Each Landry's has its own character.* What makes Braintree great is its staff. Yesterday Evans (sorry if that's misspelled) took care of me. Great guy - full of information and really helpful. While I was waiting for him to prep a bike to test, other staff would pop over to make sure I was being helped.I didn't make a purchase yesterday since I needed a larger size but Evans happily looked up which shop had the right bike. Fantastic service.*The reason I'm familiar with the various Landry's stores is also why I'm still only giving any of them 4 stars - the correlation between online and store stock. You might click through via a link to the Needham store, find a bike listed as in-stock there, drive there to discover it's really in stock elsewhere. Or "elsewheres" as Walpole might have one size, Braintree another size and Westboro has yet another size in a different color.I'd learned this originally when I bought a bike online at what I thought was the old Norwood shop, got notified it was ready only to arrive & find Norwood hadn't received it from Boston yet...The customer could save a lot of driving, even phoning, if the web-store jibed with the real stores.

I’ve bought two expensive mountain bikes from Landry’s and had them serviced by Landry’s over the last three years, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Landry’s excels at customer service, transparency and honesty; but even more importantly, I always felt like I was part of the Landry’s family. After less than a year of riding my 2019 Specialized Stumpjumper, Landry’s diagnosed a problem with the headset that required a warranty. As expected under the warranty, Landry’s took care of everything with Specialized and I was on a brand new 2021 Stumpjumper Evo within a month. Then, a year later after my Stumpjumper Evo kept blowing up rear shocks, they diagnosed a problem with that bike that had to be warrantied (don’t buy Specialized bikes!). This was during the pandemic, so there were limited bikes available and manufacturers were unresponsive and inaccessible. After a month of not hearing a word from Specialized, they traded me a new bike (2022 Santa Cruz Bronson) before the warranty for my Stumpjumper had been approved, taking the entire cost of the new, more expensive Santa Cruz on themselves. I can say without a doubt that very few shops, if any, would have done this. Secondly, when they did make a mistake with my service or fail to fix something that was broken, they immediately rectified the error by either immediately fixing the problem for free or refunding me my money. It’s a great shop run by great people. Special shout-out to Brandon and Cam for being the leaders of this shop. 100% recommend.

Have been using Landry’s since I moved here 3 years ago and have always had a good experience. Was looking at the new Wahoo bolt and noticed it on sale at another bike shop. When I asked about a price match they didn’t hesitate! Will continue to use Landry’s in the future!

Abby, who helped my family with our purchase, was great! She really took the time with us, showed us options, and helped explain things very well. We never felt pressured or rushed. The bike and accessories we got for our child are all great.
