I contacted Steve about getting Rockwool products, as they were the closest Rockwool dealer to my business. I had to chase after him to get calls back, and after waiting for a month, I call and he still can’t even get me pricing or lead times. I called IDI Distribution and had pricing and availability within a day. What a waste of time trying to support a local business, but apparently it’s a local business that doesn’t value smaller local businesses like mine.

Nice people , they open5.30am but offload you after 7 as they are mostly (took an hour) busy with their own delivery trucks. While your truck backed, the second bay door on right side is one for offloading, can park overnight

If you need anything on a deadline do not use the Braintree company in MA. We have been given the run around for a week and still no delivery. Order is cancelled, upset homeowner. Very unprofessional.
