As someone who doesn’t usually write reviews, I couldn’t not take the time to tell you how absolutely wonderful Teal was to work with. She was professional, helpful, and most importantly in this day and age, kind. I described the change I wanted to make to my ring, and not only did she understand exactly what I wanted, but she made sure the jeweler knew, too. For this reason alone, you have gained a loyal customer in me. On top of that, Teal made sure I was comfortable; when I expressed my hesitance to leave the ring overnight, she arranged a date and time for me to come back while the jeweler worked on it—this took no more than an hour, and every time I’ve been back, Teal has greeted me with a hello and a friendly smile. I wanted to make sure you knew what a stellar employee you have in Teal. She provides the type of help that has to be experienced to truly be understood.
