Terrible experience. One associate accused me of wearing an item that I was trying to return, the other associate essentially called me liar, that she has told me the night before that the item cannot be returned when I had a vivid memory of she telling me I can. Went to another store and returned with ZERO issues!

Nice new store. However, all the times that I have visited, I've noticed a manager who is nice (but seems fake) to customers but the next moment she is rude to her employees, especially this one Asian guy. I believe her name is Gabby and she is short and blonde. Seeing this made my shopping trip a bit unpleasant and awkward. I feel bad for the employees.

I really enjoyed the service. The store was clean, beautiful and quiet, but there were customers. I was there on Saturday...going back too. They are having one hell of a sale!

I love J Crew clothes for the whole family. You should never be disappointed with the quality of their clothes. Fitting of clothes is sometimes tricky depending on body type. A little pricey but most items are worth it.

Victoria was awesome in helping me purchase five sweaters. I needed a new wardrobe for the cooler climate in Boston, and I came in after she set up a few outfits for me over the phone. Pro tip: always call ahead and let them know you are coming. Appointments are just easier and they save you so much time when you show up at the store. It makes it easier on the buyer and the seller.
