The manager of the store was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked questions about how to keep my 8 year old ears clean after the piercing and she couldn't really be bothered. I told her that she was being rude and dismissive and she said ok and proceeded to tell me she doesn't care. I recommend going elsewhere for ear piercings.

It was amazing I was scared to get my 2nd piercing and one of them helped me through it and before that I went to Claire’s and I backed out because I was scared and they didn’t help me through it

i got my ears pierced about 2 months ago and when i was getting them done they looked spaced out enough. now i can’t wear big earrings without them touching

I went to get a piercing about a week ago. The lady I had was very nice to me and my friend but to other costumers was very rude. They pierce with a gun which should of been my first red flag but it's been about a week and my ear is purple and swollen. I cannot move my head in any direction because of the pain. I have had many other piercings and this is not normal.

This is a late review but I finally decide to write it. The staffs here are terrible. I went to the cash register to pay and THERE WAS A PERSON STANDING THERE but she didn't even bother to look at me. I stood there for a good 2 minutes and then she helped me. On another day I returned the item that I purchased because I didn't really like it afterwards. And then she gave me a glare, clearly she recognized me or I brought her trouble. She returned the item and then she told me to sign a receipt. It required me to write my address, my phone number, my state, my city, and sign my name. Like why tf do you need that information.

First time i went it was great, second time i went not so much. The MANAGER of the store pierced my ears and she had long acrylics on her nails. Sure she covered them following the “policy” but she wasn’t able to put the backs on my earrings that didn’t come out of the gun. She had my friend do it without washing her hands and caused infections in both ears and now refuses to refund me and claims we washed our hands which we didn’t. I recommend saving your money and going somewhere that will give you actual good piercings. This stores manager sucks and had a bad attitude every time i tried talking to her ♀️ ♀️.

After the employee at this store pierced my ears I looked in the mirror and realized she pierced them with the wrong pair of earrings. When I brought this to her attention she barely apologized. They did not offer me any refund and I had to pay over $60 for something that I did not want. Terrible customer service! Do not go here, the employees are poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing.

Nice place for jewelery, accessories, or getting ear piercings. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the piercings.

I went there today and Doneka seemed to be having a bad day and she took it out on me by not letting me return an item that bought. I bought 6 items at a different store and wanted to return them here because it’s closer to my job and she let me return the other items but not one because the packaging was “damaged”. How am I suppose to try something if I cannot open it. The package was damaged but the item was not. Now I had to go out of my way to return one item at a different store because they were suppose to return the item but Doneka did not want to. If you’re having a bad day, keep that to yourself or talk to someone don’t be rude about it.
