This hotel is located south of Boston next to a shopping mall with some of the typical brands. During my short stay the staff was friendly. I stayed for one night and had a spacious room on the fourth floor with a view towards the hotel entrance. A bus stop, where express busses depart for BOS airport, can be reached within 10 minutes walking distance. The breakfast was ok, but could be a bit more various with hot vegetarian items.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean hotel. The bathrooms are tiny, but I didn't mind. Ice machines are located on every other floor it seems, that was kind of annoying.Walkability: There's plenty of restaurants and stores in the same parking lot. The mall is across a very busy street.

I have stayed here a great deal in the past without issue but I will not be returning. I re booked my room (that I stayed in last night) upon being charged for the room and incidentals the staff then asked if I had been smoking in my room and asked to see the room. I agreed because I had not been smoking. After seeing the room the manager asked me to leave because apparently just smelling like cannabis is against their rules. For one they could have told me this at any point in time rather than walking me through the re booking process to then ask me to leave. I literally have 7 grams of high grade on me in a legal state. I didn’t smoke anything in the room and I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have an appointment to get my car fixed at 8am tomorrow and am missing work today as a result of this. Adam Butner-Burroughs is the manager and he is a miserable excuse for a human with 0 customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, South Shore Mall and many eateries including Ben & Jerry's ice cream store. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is definitely a plus where the staff were doing an excellent job cleaning and getting the tables ready as the guests come and go. I highly recommend it.

We arrived earlier than expected and were hopeful to get into our room since we arrived on a red eye flight. The front office was accommodating, and we got our room immediately. The location is convenient, and we were happy to have a local restaurant next door. Being close to the highway got us to our destinations in and around Boston so very convenient. We'll stay here again.Nearby activities: We chose Braintree because it was not in Boston proper but near enough to see some of the sites like the JFK library and the Constitution. We also drove to Hyannis Port to take in the JFK museum then ventured on to Plymouth. It was convenient and we noticed that we could also take some bus tours from the hotel even though we chose to drive ourselves.

Nice rooms and the staff was very helpful. Water pressure was great and the breakfast in the morning was also good. If you’re going back and fourth from here to Boston, expect high travel times on the freeway.

Very nice location. Stayed here when visiting Salem and Boston. Not too far, very close to the highway. There is a mall located across the street. Resturants very close by, walking distance. The room was very clean. Bathroom has large containers of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Room service skipped our room one day, I called the front desk and the staff was very quick to bring what was needed.Breakfast was really good. A variety of items. They do have a bar/restaurant on the first floor. The food option is limited and overpriced. I would recommend going to the restaurants located next to the hotel for food.I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very quiet and they have plenty of parking available even late at night.Food & drinks: Restaurants are within walking distance. You literally walk down the stairs to the left of the hotel when you exit and you have plenty of options.

Not too far from Boston, so if you’re okay driving in for the day, it’s sufficient. Looking g back, we found out that parking in the city is awful. But the hotel was very nice. Continental breakfast is good, but make sure you get there with plenty of time left, they clean up so fast! We got there by the time they weren’t refilling anything and it was kind of a bummer. Beds were comfy, nice bathrooms. Close to a shopping mall with Target. And there’s a Starbucks connected to the hotel. ??

The rooms were great. However.....on our last night, we returned to an almost empty hotel and were told that we had to find somewhere else to stay. The hotel had an electrical issue and the fire marshal shut them down. The manager told us he was sorry for the inconvenience. I asked if they had other properties around. He said they were full. He didn't offer us a refund. He didn't offer to pay for another hotel....he just said we had to get our stuff and leave. We went to our room, packed, and we were escorted out. We ended up driving to the airport and tried sleeping in the lobby area since it was 10pm and the airport didnt open until 4am. We didn't sleep.....at all. Will never come back to this hotel again.

I've stayed here several times on business. The location and service are great. I'd love it if there were more gym equipment here. The poll was closed, but I had no intentions of using it.

Will never stay at this Hyatt or any other Hyatt property again. Similar to other customers who shared their review, we had to leave after the hotel was no longer safe. I understand things happen but how this was handled is inexcusable. The manager told a lobby full of people they would try to find other accommodations and cover the cost. I trusted my gut to not rely on them. Found another Hyatt in the area with two rooms for my family. I told the manager and asked to be walked there. This is an industry standard policy when the hotel cannot accommodate your reservation. Even the manager at the other Hyatt confirmed. The manager at Hyatt Braintree lied and said that’s not a thing since they are owned by different people. As I was having this conversation with him, I witnessed employees telling guests to wait on them because every hotel in Boston is booked…. Literally not true because I had just been calling different hotels in Boston. You can see in the reviews people were left without a place to stay. I thought staying at another Hyatt was the best call to make a refund for that night easier. WRONG. Hyatt corporate is refusing to cover it. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card. Also, not throw salt in the wound but the room was dirty. Bathroom counter wasn’t clean, hair on the floor, gross slimy water in the coffee maker.
