Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree is in a very convenient location off the highway, with great proximity to shops and plenty of food options. The front desk staff are great, helpful, and courteous, often leaving a great impression. Rooms are described as cozy, clean, quiet, and good for restful sleep, with parking also noted as good. Showers always have hot water. However, several significant issues are consistently reported. Cleaning is often not great, with bathrooms not cleaned properly and empty shampoo and soap dispensers. Other problems include a breakfast that was not good, very loud AC noise, poor Wi‑Fi, no housekeeping, and limited TV connectivity with a duct-taped remote. While many appreciate the staff and location, these maintenance and service issues affected stays.

Not overly impressed with this location. For example, the shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower were empty on arrival. A request was made twice to have it filled - never happened. The remote on the TV was duct taped together - very ghetto.
