Too pricey for standard furniture you could get from Ikea, Walmart, target or wayfair.

Homesense is an expensive version of TJ Maxx... They're owned by the same company. So when something doesn't sell at Homesense, they lower the price a fraction and move it to TJ Maxx.

This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The cashier was so rude and the manager didn’t do anything about it. I will not be shopping here again.

OK when I came here to the store called HomeSense, I immediately regret it as I walked in. Everybody working there seems like they hate their job and they hate talking to any customer coming in. I asked for them to talk to me about a nice pull out couch that I saw there, and this girl looked at me like she had the most snobbiest attitude and could not care less about what I was asking about. They all look so lazy and were so rude to me and my husband. and then there was another guy I asked for help to find a certain kind of store because he has seen them all before. Only when I asked him to help me and my husband, he said "if you don't see it we don't have it go look and find it" basically he did not want to help us find the store or narrow it down to any other types of similar ones. And it was very rude how he would not even point out anything and left us on our own. Don't go there unless you know what you're looking for on your own...

Always a great selection items. Staff usually helpful, I've encountered a person or so who just didn't care to be at work and it showed.

Best option for items you won't find at everyone else's house. I love the AtHome store and the Threshold brand at Target. But Homesense got all of them beat. Wether you're looking for a touch of modern chic or cozy country furniture, this store has it all. Oversized rugs galore. If you need random or matching arm chairs, this is your place. Holiday decor, they got you. Some of the items can be a bit pricey, but honestly, you pay for what you get... quality. Their variety is refreshing. It seems like they're always selling out of something and replacing it with something else fabulous, unlike their competitors who keep everyone's home looking and feeling the same. It'll be a long time before this store disappoints me. Homesense is an amazing discovery everyone should experience.
