If I could rate a zero, I would. The two employees Belinda and Tina are racist and should not be working at HomeGoods anywhere. I approached them to ask for a product that could be pronounced different ways. They seemed bothered that I was interrupting their conversation about personal issues. After I left to find the product, I could hear them loudly laughing and mocking the way I said it. I approached them and they tried to gaslight me that they were talking about something else. Once they lied, their credibility is gone. I told them I proudly can speak both English and Spanish very well, so the one with the shorter hair proceeded to say in her attempt to speak Spanish why don't I just speak in Spanish then. I am disgusted and appalled by their lack of professionalism and customer service. I approached the homegoods coordinator to share my experience which she then called over the store manager Marianne so I can share my experience to her. Marianne mentioned how this is strange since they get along with the front person in customer service who has a strong accent, but that's irrevelant. Obviously she will get along with her employee or boss who has an accent, she works there. This minimizes the experience I just had with them and now she's questioning the validity of my experience. It doesn't change the fact of what they just did to me. I know what they said and intent to laugh at my accent in an obvous manner. This was uncalled for and in no way acceptable to treat any customer. And I highly doubt this was their first time doing this. They should be trained in cultural competency, but I seriously think (and hope) they are fired. I also called coporate office and spoke with Nick who validated my feelings and said he'd follow up with Marianne about this. With many department stores going out of business, customer service is where it needs to shine to keep consumers interested. I prefer my Amazon prime over this horrible experience, and HomeGoods didn't even have what I was looking for.

Lots of variety. It’s hit or miss if your looking for something specific. You have to be a diligent shopper and not give in to “I love that”. There’s a lot to love but not always needed. The store is organized but has lots of different types of items, kind of squeezed in. Usually 2 carts can’t get through aisles at the same time. Clean store, nice staff. They will hold items if paid for, as some items of furniture are large. A little bit of everything. Something for everyone. Pets included.

In and out within 15 minutes after getting everything we needed! There are very high quality candles available that have great scents and burn time. Would recommend for anyone on the lookout for stylish home goods on a budget.
