I come here all the times and today is awful!! Staff processed an online return (with receipt) for over 10 minutes because she was talking non stop with her coworkers on unrelated merchandise topics! Ridiculous! Please focus on your job!!! And your customers! Their time is valuable! You can chit chat after customers leave!!

Good selection of items. Not as good as downtown crossing store. Cashiers need retraining on friendly customer, their bed side manners leave alot to be desired.

They sell soup and pasta products when you wait for the 236 bus back to South Shore Plaza or Quincy Center. No bathroom code required for HomeGoods customers. Excellent customer service and staff.
