Asked 2 employees to check if they had a pair of shoes in stock (online it said they were in stock). The first girl was helpful and went and checked but said they weren't in stock. I asked another male employee downstairs and he said "They're probably in a box we can't open, sorry." He didn't even bother to check... That really rubbed me the wrong way. I asked a third employee who kindly went and checked and found them in under a minute. I worked retail I know it goes. To the employee that didn't even go and check, way to go...

Unfortunately it’s Boston in general the cashiers are slow. They don’t work with a purpose to get you in and out. There were like 8 people behind the desk. Only three were at the register, mind you line was long filled with customers. A fourth opened up but then one of them left to the floor. They were talking it up as the line gets longer. I just walked up to a register the little girl rung me up. When I say she moves slow as molasses to ring up 4 items that is ridiculous. Then gone say I’m not even supposed to be at the register. That’s not the customers problem though. I will not go in that store again.

Drove out to this H&M to pick an outfit last minute because all the other h&ms around me were closed at 8, so I get to this location at 8:25 and it's closed lol it's supposed to close at 9, very annoying

The cashier forgot to enter my phone number during my transaction, so I did not earn points. She also forgot to update the price of several items. They had discount price stickers on them for black Friday and the price needed to be adjusted. I went back to the counter and spoke to the manager, Justin, and got a refund for the price difference. Supposedly my points were added but when I checked my app later that day the points were never adjusted. I had to call customer support and create a case to make sure I received my points. If things were done correctly at the registers I would not have had to jump through extra hoops just to make sure I received credit for the hundreds of dollars I spent at the store.

I've shopped here for many years, but I think I'm done. Twice in one month I had to return/exchange an item because it didn't fit. This could have been easily avoided if they would simply open their fitting room regularly. How hard is that?

I just went online but wind up going to store and bought 2 matching outfits ? was totally in awe. Now need to go to store to buy quality footwear to go with phenomenal outfits I got. Definitely run or walk to this store like today.
