Lovely hotel. Staff were very courteous. Rooms were nicely furnished. Didn't get to check out the pool, but it looked pretty big. Breakfast is pretty basic.

Wanted to share my experience in your hotel in Braintree. Stay away from this property!!
My son plays travel hockey and we do a lot of travel and always stay at the Hampton inn.
We had a very bad experience staying at your hotel in Braintree. The room is very old and outdated, but I can live with that, but the tub have brown stains all over it is not acceptable. The ceiling in bathroom pieces falling off of it is not acceptable. The shades having yellow stains, hole in wall, spray paint on wall, is all not acceptable. The tv screen was broken and was showing everything in bright blue that it hurts your eyes to watch anything. My kid was disgusted to take a shower in this bathroom. The pictures on your website show everything as top notch, but it’s far from it in real life. We had to book another hotel for the last night so we can take normal showers and not be skeeved out. I have emailed the hotel general manager Billy Richardson numerous times, and he has not responded to me once.

This was an awful experience.
When we first went to check-in the front desk employee was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my girlfriend. Offering her absolutely no help with the online check in as there were no clear instructions. Was not welcoming and acted extremely rude towards the both of us.
Once we got to our room the experience was awful. The bathroom flooded within the first 5 minutes of the shower being used. We decided to leave the first night there and when we went to check out, the new front desk worker was extremely lazy, rude and offered no help or solutions for our problems. After a stressful evening having this problematic experience really makes this hotel “stay” that much more awful.

+ good location that surrounded with shops, near southshore mall, BJs…
+ free parking
+ making waffle ourselves so it really hot and taste good
+ microwave in the room
- out of date furniture especially the sofa and tv, we even couldn’t turn tv on
- no compliment water
- American style breakfast with few dishes

The staff and service great. The rooms appear clean. However, the hotel is in need of repair and/or renovation. Flaking ceilings in the bathroom, broken fixtures, even the rolling luggage carts were both broken. It’s a place to stay near to Boston in a pinch.
Rooms: Needs repair and/or renovation
Nearby activities: Nearby the Southshore Plaza, and lots of shops.
Noteworthy details: Easy highway access to Boston

I hope this hotel is going through renovations?? Wall paper is coming apart, ceilings are damaged with water stains, vents have rust stains, and the tile ceilings are old(coming apart), baseboards missing from hallways, this hotel has seen better days...only stating bc I visit a LOT of Hampton Inns, and this one is on the rough side. Let's get it together.

I was there again it was basic but our tv was damaged and glitching and when we went to the pool I realized that the pool is salty and then started choking and drowned but the hot tub water was not salty its refreshing

It was okay. Not as nice as other Hampton Inn locations. As others have stated there is water damage on the bathroom ceilings which is kinda unsightly. The main room was clean though and the staff was very friendly. The beds were much more firm than what I'm used to at hotels. I stayed one night as a place to crash as part of road trip. It was sufficient for that purpose. If I ever stay in this area for an extended time I'll probably choose a different hotel.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice common areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. We suggest the addition of gluten-free options to accommodate those with wheat allergies. DD was able to have a yogurt and apple with pb. We would have appreciated an apple cutter. Staff was very helpful in allowing us to use a kitchen knife to cut the apple, as the plastic knife available was not very useful.

I had a worse time.. trying to check in at 3 AM front desk told me I have to wait until 3 PM tired from a long flight from Florida. booked that room a week in advance. Get that disappointment. I would never book on that hotel ever again

Upon arrival to one of the rooms the door was opened and we weren't sure if it was being used. I called the front desk and the said the housekeepers may of left it open. Once we entered the room the towels had hair, stains, and appeared to be dirty. New towels were brought in but some of those were dirty as well. The other room had lighters in the bathroom. Both rooms had an unusual odor. I woke up with bug bites and when we return from our event Saturday the room door was deadbolted open again.
