I am writing to share my recent experience with your clinic, which has left me quite disappointed.
Today, July 19th, 2024, I had an appointment for underarm laser treatment. I drove all the way from Boston, stopped at the bank to ensure I could tip appropriately, and filled out the necessary paperwork upon arrival. However, I was then informed that the laser treatment could not be performed on me due to my darker skin tone. I am African American, and your machine does not accommodate my skin color.
While I understand the technical limitations, this information should have been communicated to me when I scheduled the appointment. Had I known this in advance, I would not have driven out of my way, only to be disappointed and turned away.
This experience was particularly disheartening as I rarely do anything for myself, and I was genuinely excited about this treatment. The entire situation felt like a significant waste of my time and effort.
I hope you will consider improving your communication process to prevent such situations from occurring in the future.

Glow is a great place. The front desk girls are as lovely as the estheticians. I have seen Shelly, Laura, and Lindsay and they're all wonderful. All of my services have been beyond satisfactory.

This morning my scheduled aesthetician was delayed and the owner stepped in and provided me with seamless service. You have to respect and honor a business owner who remains passionate about her craft and is not above any level of service to help out not only her customers but her staff. Bravo Glow!

Today was my first time ever doing a facial coming to glow beauty. Jae Lynn was excellent at what she does, very sweet and outgoing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with her knowledge and expertise about facials and other services glow offers. I’ll definitely be repeating in the near future at glow (possibly with Jae Lynn depending on scheduling) I would strongly Jae Lynn to new clients or anybody new to trying facials.
