I went here to return a pair of beautiful cargo pants I ordered online, I loved them but I'm 52 years old and feel like this store better suits my 25 year old daughter, the clothes are great, I did however but 2 bottles of perfume!!

They carry a good selection for what my teenager likes in jeans and tops.

I’m disgusted. One of the workers at the Braintree mall was not wearing a mask as I was checking out. She was coughing and wiping her nose on my shirt. I am definitely washing this shirt when I get home.

Okay the Employee working here today feb 24, 2021 around 3:00pm was very rude. As I walked out of the store she was staring into my bag of clothes I bought from HM. I looked behind me and she was still staring into it!If you guys have issues with thieves that’s unfortunate but should not be a mentality your employees have with all your costumers. Last time I stop into this establishment! To the employee that treated me this way “girl get a grip and fix your wardrobe!!!”-jake
