I was at the South Shore Plaza and was looking for a spring/early summer dress to wear to a bridal shower and I found a gorgeous black maxi, sleeveless dress & I absolutely love it! I also picked up 2 pairs of jeans shorts!! Love this place!!

The associates of this Gap are perfectly nice. Though they're understaffed. The Gap in general I find frustrating. They've been very monochromatic over the last decade or so. They're sizing is tremendously inconsistent. Mostly the only thing I buy there jeans and they never have my size and my size is different every time I go in. They constantly change what each fit means so it's impossible to buy just the same exact thing you bought 2 years ago. And if you try to buy online the colors aren't accurate.

Worst experience I have ever had. The customer service here is incredibly at an all time low. I’ve come here in the past and have experienced rude employees, especially from the manager. However this time has got to be the worst yet. Completely impatient and, to my surprise, sarcastic and passive aggressive. Incredibly disappointed and will SURE not be here again.
