Good selection of games. They even have some good retro stuff now in store. Found a somewhat uncommon DS game I never excepted to see there! Prices were reasonable as well. The employee that helped me was fine with me however they were two things that lowered my score. The employee that helped me yelled at another employee about what he was taking in for a trade. (He didn't have to yell and degrade him, just nicely tell him that could accept that item even if it was broken). The prices on the games was good, however after I looked at the receipt later I noticed this employee put a warranty on one of my games and he never asked me. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional practice that unfortunately I see often in GameStop over the past few years. The warranty was only like $1 but it's the principal. Not a good way to conduct business. Nice selection however these things really did rub me the wrong way.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Like any business, They will try to sell you every little thing under the sun they can, however, when trying to return an item bought less than 24 hrs ago and they wouldn't do it. GameStop is shady

Friendly team that lets you wander as you need to even in a small store. They try to push refurbished product at nearly the same price as retail which is annoying but otherwise, it's fine.
