I got my previous orders and I am always made aware of anything new coming up and asked if anything interests me. I love the staff at this store because they really do attend tonthe needs of the customers who walk in.

I needed to go in stir to get assistance with the online V-bucks I purchased two days earlier. The employee that helped me was Andy and he was super nice, an called their help desk an obtained the code for me. I’ve been going to this location for a really long time and never had any issues. They’re always very willing to help and often go above and beyond.

Used video games at a reasonable price, and some free resin and weed in the cases so I didn’t have to hit the dispensary on the way home. Who can beat that?

Christmas Eve around 7 PM I purchased a Nintendo switch, Mario Brothers war (I think it was), and the Pro membership from two guys working behind the counter. I don't know their names I wish I did. I haven't found value in over 20 years in any business to buy a warranty. I haven't seen somebody that sold items that show the true value and the way they spoke about, the services offered by GameStop. This resulted in me buying all three items above and continuing to go in their monthly. I feel compelled to write this review because it was extra ordinary to see two men that treated a customer so well and knew so much about the services that they offered, and to show true value on why I would purchase all that, nice job guys. I'll be writing to corporate also. I've been a solution architect working in fortune, 100 company's for 20+ years flying to each one and your skill sets supersede any of these high end account managers I've consulted for Corporate needs to recognize your approach, model, and knowledge in stores nationally. If they don't they would be foolish.Thanks again for making my eight year old boy happy with what you recommended for the purchases above.Well done guys I'll see you mid January for our monthly purchases.Regards,Michael Sr.
