HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I added only 1 star because there was no option to do 0. I will NEVER shop at the Finish Line in Braintree again! They DO NOT care for business. You are just another transaction. My young daughter purchased a pair of sneakers during the holidays and unfortunately lost her receipt. We requested to exchange the size because the fit was too big and was met with a RUDE NO! They acted like the sneakers were stolen although I told them I can show proof of purchase by way of transaction on my debit card that had the full description of my purchase showing Finish Line Braintree, the amount, date, and transaction number. I asked if they can pull the transaction considering I have all of the information and was told NO that’s too much work and too time consuming. They told me I am basically stuck with the too big shoes if we don’t find the receipt. I asked to see the return policy that CLEARLY states the return can be made at the managers discretion. I called customer service and was told to contact the store manager. She said that the manager can approve the return and if that manager isn’t helping to try different locations and I was given other locations. I explained this to the manager but the manager still confirmed that they will not assist with any exchange or returns because it is *Too much work*. Thank goodness I found another Finish Line location that is willing to do the exchange for me. They apologized for my experience with The Braintree store and thankfully resolved this issue for me. Essentially my problem isn’t with Finish Line the brand. The problem is that the Braintree store IS REALLY TERRIBLE. Stay away from there!

terrible customer service… a bunch of people who dont want to do their jobs just standing around. Called in to speak to a manager about my recent experience and the manager “Jay” was just as bad as his staff.. speaking to customers in a condescending tone is never the way to go and never the right example to set for your staff/subordinates.

No price tags, employees act like they are doing you a huge favor. None of them want to work. They all look high. The creature with the goofy looking bun on the top of her head is a whole clown. The way she was embarrassing one customer...just foul. She works in a shoe store. She's no better than a customer who is struggling. She got a rich girl attitude for a fellow peasant. She was dead wrong for that. I hope she gets the right customer one day who puts her in her place.

If I could give this store a -5 star review I would. I was at the south shore mall location in braintree, Massachusetts shopping for the New Years and I stumble upon unfairly treatment within employment staff. I am a mother of 3 and I been looking all around for my daughter a pair of new kicks. She was in tears when we told we could not buy the shoes they had in stock, claiming “if we don’t have your sizes, we can’t sell to you because of the “limited quantity of supplies” which I understand but i am also not willing to pay a kidney and a fortune for something I could’ve easily got in store right here right now. The employees went caught selling the new Nike dunk lows “woman’s panda low” to a customer and lying to other customers about inventory supplies. I was denied service and kicked out of the store for questioning for her about the product. I have photo evidence to submit to this case. This unacceptable behaviors needs to be reviewed and supervisedEDITTED***Store816

Ghetto is an understatement. 1 Cashier 1 SR doing all the work while Manager "Cedez" turns her back to a FULL STORE during the holidays. And sits unbothered in the back after being asked to service her stores customers. RETURNS DOWN? NO EXTENTIONS? NO DM#? CS is trash. Never seen a manager so NON CHALANT.

Nikki (short girl with mask) helped me find some clothes for the winter and went above and beyond with her service. She was offering her own input on what I should wear and stuff (what was popular). I got what I was looking for and even got a food reccomendation. (Never really went to Braintree mall before so, Nikki made my first time worth it).

This place is a joke, trash, and filled with grimey employees that try to act tough for some reason cause they work at Finishline. Right when you walk in all the employees are crowded in a circle like a gang when you walk in. Stared me down and didn’t greet me but the person who walked in behind me was greeted. I don’t even think this place carries Jordan Retros or Dunks cause all the employees back door them. Never coming back here again gonna be calling corporate too. This place is sad.

Place sucks. Poor customer services. Only two people in the store. One of them was putting more attetion to his phone them customers. I shop a lot in finishline will never go back to that store.
