I am stunned by how rude one of the employees was when we went shopping. myself a white woman and my 2 girls mixed and my daughters friend a white boy. we walk in and the guy there gives us the most disgusted look and proceeds not to say anything to us while he was joking around with another gentleman of color. He finally says that guy can help you. the other guy barely spoke to us and then went to flirt and play with his girlfriend in the back room. when we took the shoes up to pay we put them on the counter and said hi to thefirst gentleman we encountered, nothing. He rings us up and says just the dollar amount. I put my card in and it pays and still not a smile or word from him. he proceeded to just put the shoes on the bag and drop them on the counter. Both myself and daughter say thank you and nothing again but a nasty look. she says have a nice day and we leave. Dont tell me that racism against white people doesn't exist. I have never treated anyone the way this man treated us, and I never would and I bring my children up to never do such a thing either. Not sure what this man's problem is but he doesn't belong in customer service. So Expressions please take a look at your camera footage and decide is this the face of the person you want representing your store?

If I could select a lower rating I would. This business is a scam. Do not shop here!!! They state on their website they take returns within two weeks of the original sale, with the tags still on the shoes, and un used. I came into the store at the beginning of the day to return a pair of shoes my son did not like. I had purchased the shoes two days prior to returning them. The assistant manager, told me they only do cash returns and could not take cash out of their drawer at the start of the day. I purchased the sneakers on a credit card and let them know that per their own return Policy on the website and the receipt. It states the payment will be returned to the credit card or the original form of payment. Nothing states cash only returns nor was this explained at the time of purchase. They told me they where not trained on how to give a refund back on a credit card! They also told me they had $201.96 in their starting drawer and could not touch that cash amount even though my purchase was for $149.00. I asked if I could speak with a manager, they told me he had the day off and he works hard so they did t want to bother them. I asked what happens when people try to return shoes at the beginning of the day, they told me they ask them to come back later when they might have cash sales, if they only have credit card sales all day then they can not give returns that day.

Working retail can be hard. But the customer service at this store was very poor. Employees had attitudes when asked to get shoes (if they had sizes in stock it would take less trips). Sneaker drop was disorganized, and lead to people getting irritated in line. Cannot use card, and dont accept any form of military discount.. I would say the raffle is the best part of the store, but if you have a job good luck being able to claim it in time!

I visited the store on 8/8 to exchange a shoe for a bigger side. The manager in the store was absolutely rude. The African American gentleman who identified himself as the manager would not give me the store managers name or even say when I could come in to see her. I was not aware I needed a receipt to exchange.I was more disappointed I. The service I was given than the policy. To make it worse he was the guy I have worked with several times in the past and less than a week ago with my purchase. A little bit of customer service goes a long way. Now I have to visit the store daily in order to speak with the store manager. A very disappointed loyal customer.

I tried to buy some basketball shoes the person that attended was really nice and had a good customer service but the person at the register that was supposedly the manager didn’t had interactions with me so just told him that i would like to purchase those shoes that was brought to the register and he said with an attitude that i should be more patient and let him do his job. I just told bro if u didn’t say nothing how was i supposed yo know that you was ringing me up so he started going back and forward with me this happened on 1/23/2020 at 2:03 pm

I bought a pair of jordan’s (which aren’t cheap) and when i went to return them the manager turned me away because they could only do a cash refund and didn’t have enough cash... when i told him i work a law enforcement job where my schedule is very busy especially with the holiday i wasn’t sure when i could come back but he insisted he couldn’t help me. I finally had the time to go back yesterday and he turned me away AGAIN. this time it was because i was two days over the two weeks the company gives to return/exchange items. i explained to him what had happened and he did say he remembered me but that he couldn’t override it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? he’s the one the turned me away when I originally tried because they didn’t have the money to give me! and he’s manager and couldn’t even help me... what is the point of giving him the title of manager then?!? when i asked to speak to someone who could actually help me he gave me an email and told me that i needed to go get a drink as i walked out. professional

The store is very low key and I honestly sometimes forget they exist in the mall. That is what makes the place so great, you might be able to catch some shows like the winterized 12s sitting in the store.

I would have given this place a A one star because the place in downtown crossing they follow you around the store like you gonna steal But the one in the South shore plaza Definitely 5 stars very friendly
