Extremely unhelpful extremely unprofessional company and location. Staff had absolutely no goodwill could have easily solved an issue that the home office created but had no disposition whatsoever to do so.

The exam was fine but the phone part of it was a nightmare. They call you, you call them -they don't pick up. They call you again, you call them again -over and over again. Takes FOREVER. You almost give up. If the insurance part of it isn't enough of a headache, ExamOne is the cherry on top.
