Love going to this location. The staff are very friendly especially Nicole, who I always see when I go in to either drop off or pick up. She is very pleasant and always helpful.

Nicole and her staff at Dependable in Braintree, are really Awsome. Very, very helpful, very nice and particularly they do a great job. Nicole is wonderful and I don’t go anywhere for my Dry Cleaning but to their place. Thanks again!

Had a house fire. Called and explained my situation. They couldn’t guarantee me that they could get the smell out but would do their best. I’m so glad I left the clothes. No smell when I picked them up. Thank you so much.

Horrible experience. My husband dropped dress pants off on Tuesday for a simple hem job. Was supposed to be ready yesterday. It was not. They said it would be ready this morning. My husband went to pick them up and after a lot of back and forth they finally admitted his pants were lost. My husband needs them for a wedding tonight! Totally unprofessional. I do not recommend

My clothes look the best when I have them cleaned at Dependable. They are pressed perfectly. I also had a comforter cleaned at a reasonable price, and it was placed in a nice plastic zipper storage bag.
