I can see why this salon chain has closed many of its doors over the past couple of years. The sign outside the salon says Walk Ins Welcomed. I walked in yesterday a lil after 12 pm and was dismissed by the receptionist saying sorry honey the next appt isn't until 3 pm. She did not offer to take down my number in case there was an opening. She simply sent me on my way. She did not offer me the appt at 3 pm. BAD business practices.

I love Mimi at Dellaria. She does an amazing job taking care of my hair. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend them for all your hair care.

I went in and talked to the person I assumed was in charge .i had asked about recommendations for fixing my hair texture and she immediately got me a consult with a stylist named Kevin.Kevin was very helpful and very nice .He answered all my questions and I am very happy with his work .

Overall a GREAT experience! Kevin knows all his info and was very informative. He suggested what would work within my budget & would still look effective in achieving what I wanted! Definitely coming back to him for my next service!

Very disappointing experience.. I had an appointment booked many weeks ago. They canceled my appointment 2 hours before the appointment with no apology. She said your stylist isn't here so we have to reschedule. I said I can see another stylist and she said I can't do it today. Can you come tomorrow. The next day is Monday and I work. If I had canceled 2 hours before the appointment they would have charged me a cancelation fee. In all fairness they should have offered me a discount on my next appointment. She was rude and very unaccommodating. Very unprofessional canceling 2 hours before the appointment.

Had my 9 year olds haircut there as I have in the past. Usually paid $45 which I still thought was steep for a kids cut. However this time around i didn’t confirm as I usually do and they charged me $80! Didn’t tell me til when I was paying. I’m sorry I just feel they should have stated that first especially if their prices have gone up that much since last year and their move. Well I guess with that kind of price upcharge, I’m gonna have to find a new hair cutting place for my whole family now. Haircut was cute tho on my kid.

Very disappointing. I booked my appointment many weeks ago. It was going to be my first time and so I was not sure who the stylist should be. I did not care. They have a cancellation policy and they will charge my card if I cancel too close to the appointment. After multiple confirmations via email phone etc I get a call 2 hours before my appointment saying that the stylist (that i don't know) is not there and they cannot assign me to another stylist on the same day and that I should come back another day or on Monday. I work so I could not. But what was soo soo surprising was that there was not apology. No "sorry you stylist is not there"- just a rude "your stylist is not there. I cannot accommodate you today. I can do tomorrow". They would have charged my credit card had I done this. Going by that, they should have offered a discount on the next appointment. Extremely unprofessional and they just don't care.

JP is a fantastic colorist and stylist! He always listens and knows exactly what to do. I trust him implicitly. He is current on the trends and has great product knowledge. You won't be disappointed. The whole salon experience as soon as you enter the door to when you leave is superb!Services: Haircut

Absolutely the worst costumer service I’ve ever received in my life! Not professional one bit! Ended up leaving without service as staff was unskilled to do the work/didn’t feel like doing anything for my hair . Went elsewhere and I’m completely happy. Do not go to this salon as you will leave completely upset and in tears as I did today!
