Most staff actively avoid their job and are rude to customers for no reason. Very unprofessional location, especially the Pharmacy.

I've been going to this CVS for 20 years. the Pharmacist John can be rude at times. He has been rude to me and my husband, plus the pharmacy hours at this CVS are horrible. We are xo spidering changing pharmacies.

This is a small store, and the selection of merchandise isn't as good of a variety as the larger stores. The pharmacy closes REALLY early, and for me personally, it's incredibly inconvenient. However, what the pharmacy lacks in convenient hours, they make up for in quickness. They have rarely taken longer than 20-30 minutes to refill a prescription. If it's a scheduled refill, it's ready less than a half hour after they open. So, if you're in need of a pharmacy for a quick in and out, this is the place!

This is the worst CVS location. They keep changing their pharmacy hours. The pharmacy closes at 7pm. Which pharmacy right at the heart of the city closed at 7pm. It’s ridiculous. Will stop prescribing my medication at this location.

I was trying to purchase a spray for men at this location. I was not aware, or advised, or didn’t see any sign that I should not try how the products to see how it smelled before I make my purchase. The staff who helped me open the block , kept saying that I not supposed to try how it smell before I purchased, even though when i asked her she said it’s fine ?! Very disappointed !

I agree with many of the post here. Jon is so rude. He could care less about finding out why there might be a problem with a prescription and interrupts when you talk. The front of the store staff is so much nicer. Wish I could get my prescriptions from them!!!

The pharmacist beyond rude!!! he interrupts constantly and is belittling and aggressive. If you have a problem with your prescription he doesn't care to help you solve it.

This is the first time I visited the store. The 2 women working in the pharmacy were so helpful and cheerful. The pharmacist who administered the booster shot was great! I felt absolutely nothing from the needle. Thank you!! Definitely will return for future vaccines to this location.

Came to pick up a UPS package. The woman at the counter was rather rude, and seemed to have an attitude because she couldn’t figure out her scanner. Since when do you toss things at customers, especially when they’ve been patient? I heard this store will be closing and merging with another location soon, so good riddance.

For the actual store part of this CVS is has barely anything. Minimal selection on all essential things, razors, lotions, drinks etc. Took 10 minutes to get someone to open the razor case bc the one employee was chatting w someone at the front end and couldn't hear the bell announcement that I was waiting. Now CVS is pushing some pay for coupons programs. All set. Won't be back here. Take the extra drive and go to another location or chain altogether.

Terrible. I went here to get a covid test on a Saturday, they told me to create a mychart account, where I could access my test results. My results came in on a Monday, which was great, super-fast. I went to log into my chart and it kept telling me I had the wrong ID. I had previously been here for a test, so reset my password, yet my current test results were not in mychart. I called CVS, and basically got the run around. The pharmacy told me they couldn't help, call the covid line. The covid line is a recording, directing you to mychart, however I did leave a message. So I called the store back and told them I was having a problem accessing results, and finally they connected me to someone at mychart or CVS helpdesk. This person identified that when I got my covid test, the technician put in the WRONG BIRTHDATE for my chart, so I had 2 mychart accounts. And while he could see my results he had to have me speak to his supervisor. So 4 phone calls and 2 hours later, still no results, I am on the phone with the supervisor of tech support who has my results, but won't give them to me. He needed me to screen shot my ID to an email and then they could merge my correct mychart, with my incorrect mychart. I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes before he told me I was negative. Someone from the covid line called me back 5 days later, so you don't expect to get results by calling. Talk about one of the worst experiences you could possibly have. CVS made and error and yet, the customer suffered due to the error. Absolutely horrible. Go somewhere else.

They always have what I need and get my prescriptions done in good time. The employee range from nice to neutral. Not excellent, but it gets the job done.
