It's unfortunate that my experience seems to differ drastically from the other reviews on here. On July 30th my wife and I went into the Braintree store and prepared to order shirts for our new service company that requires us to wear lettered shirts to look professional. The experience that day was excellent. Brett was helpful navigating us through the ordering process. We were told Aug. 11th would be the earliest delivery date available which was plenty of time prior to opening. We decided not to pay for the expedited process. We went on with our life and then Aug. 11th came around. No delivery. We looked for the status online and it said the shirts were still "printing." My wife called the store Saturday the 12th. We were told they would call the printer to find out what was going on. She had to then call back on Monday Aug 14th because she did not hear back. She was then informed that the printer had messed up the order and had to reorder all of the materials. On that phone call, she was told that it would definitely be delivered by yesterday Aug 18th and they gave us a $50 voucher for our "inconvenience." Again no delivery. I called the customer service line yesterday morning looking for some real information. I got a hold of someone who gave my information to someone else that would call me back with more information. I was told they should call back in "about 20 minutes." Again we had to call them. Over an hour later I called back and finally got to talk to someone who apparently was supposed to know something about what was going on with my order. She knew very limited and all I got was they were "hopeful" it would arrive yesterday. I hit a breaking point and told them I must have a concrete answer by noon. They finally called me back and gave me the news that August 18th is not the day we are going to get the shirts that we ordered on July 30th, when we were told they would be there the Aug 11th, but that it would be here by 9am today August 19th. At 8:26 we got the UPS notification that it had been delivered. From everything we saw, the delivery of the package required a signature. No one rang our doorbell to get the signature. We just saw a picture of the package of shirts on a brick entryway. (We have a small Veranda porch.) Just to look at the delivery information on the notification of delivery and the only thing on the address line is the town in which we live. So here I am on Aug 19th, 8 days after the shirts were supposed to be here, opening a professional service based company without the ability to look professional. I can understand mistakes happen, but due to their complete lack of communication, I am left with not only a bad taste in my mouth but am also left believing that this is a company that operates on deceitful business practices. The idea that there are only 5 star reviews for this location given the experience I have had seems unrealistic.

We made some shirts for an upcoming birthday party, and they came out great! The staff at the South Shore location was very helpful, allowing me to see in-person examples of different shirt options, making purchase a breeze!

Blown away at the great service and product! Tobi was so helpful and patient in guiding me through the website to create a last minute, 2-sided T-Shirt (with full-color photo) for 14 people (in 4 sizes). I could never have done this myself! In addition - the package was shipped to Texas where we all met to celebrate a milestone birthday, so not even I saw them in advance of the revealing. The quality of the shirt and the printing was AWESOME. Everyone loved the shirts and we now have a great family portrait all wearing them (of course from the front and the back)! THANK YOU!

My custom ink experience was great. Tobi helped with the design and order processing of my merchandise in a timely fashion. He was very patient and took his time in walking me through product solutions.

My experience with Tobi and Logan was very pleasant and professional. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable. They were extremely accommodating to my needs in my T-Shirts and it was appreciated. Mom loved her shirts very much! I would order again! A Big Thank You!

Top notch website design tools, awesome selection of t shirts, great quality printing, and I got wonderful and friendly service at the store from Tobi. Both times I have ordered the t-shirts arrived ahead of schedule and look great. I feel really lucky to have found Custom Ink!

Very pleasant experience working with Tobi and Logan on the design for our team sweatshirts. Both provided creative ideas and suggestions. I preferred creating the design in person vs. me trying to do it all on-line. Shipment was quick and I am beyond pleased with the product. Would definitely recommend Custom Ink .

Extremely satisfied with customer service and Tobi who assisted me in finalizing the design and group order form. Custom Ink has the 50/50 blend Soffe shirt I use in uniform, it was awesome to see they have it as shirt option. I will definitely use Custom Ink the next time I need to create a group shirt.

Customer experience at this brand new location was exceptional. Logan was so accommodating, professional, and amazing to work with. First of all, the shirts I ordered were fire. Way better than I expected and fit like a glove. Secondly, my man Tobi really hooked me up in the store. He spent the time understanding what i was looking for and walked with me to make sure I made the right fabric and color choice (I almost made a big mistake). He also gave me some good advice along the way especially designing my tee with him on the computer.He also followed up right on time to make sure that I got my order and I was happy with it. I'm going back to order hoodies now. I was just wanted to shine a spotlight on these guys after my experience.Appreciate you Tobi!

Great experience. I've been ordering shirts for several years online, but this time I could see/feel the fabric options, and get professional help. Jess was very helpful, and the art team (who I never met) produced a much better product than I've been "designing" :) all these years.Same price as online... but with adult supervision.Turn-around time was quick - and going back and forth with someone also kept me focused.Couldn't be happier.

Had a great experience with Custom Ink. Their quality is top notch and had an extremely fast turnaround. Logan was awesome and super helpful to work with. He perfected my design and presented me with a ton of apparel to chose from in store. The whole Custom Ink team was very responsive and provided me with updates on my order. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
