I'm glad I returned and Patty was able to resolve the issue. She went above and beyond and didn't push me off to another department. “Came in as a CD hopper. Stayed for the awesome David and amazing Rhonda.This location offers a spacious parking lot with convenient drive thru. The branch consist of warm seasonal decorations and welcoming staff with a wide range of financial services.From time to time; they have a charity drive. This year they donated to Lazarus House for the less fortunate. The free coffee and tea in the lobby is always a perk.I appreciate the personal banking style. They really get to know you and aren’t pushy with sales at all.I also had car issues once and instead of calling/waiting forever for AAA; the branch manager took his time to come out to my car and help me. Thank you so much!”

“I like this credit union because it's a fee-free ATM for my online bank account, I love this ATM because it's the only place I know of that lets you withdraw money in incriments of $5. The braintree location as well let's you withdraw money in incriments of $5. I like that I can withdraw in the incriments of $5 so I don't have to stop at a store and get smaller bills. So I really love this credit union.”

“To whom it may concern: Phone call to HFCU RE: HFCU -Ms Prajida Bhattarai HFCU Phone Customer Service Representative Bank phone call Date 7/13/2023 (aprox mid day) I had some rather difficult tax and investment questions with respect to my husband's HFCU- IRA account. His account has a couple of CDs coming to maturity. Ms Bhattarai answered all my questions. She was so professional. Her answers to my questions were clear and consise . Then , I needed to have her speak to my husband regarding the most current interest rates to consider for a roll-over. After she politely identified herself to him, she listed for him the current Ira-cd interest rate information. Then she explained to us the HFCU procedures to follow in the event he reaches his RMD date. She mentioned that the Bank had current procedures regarding IRA accounts and the he would most probably would receive notice as the RMD date appoached. She gave us the current procedures the HFCU uses when calculating , handling, conferring and notifying him when the RMD may be be required to be paid out. “I came across the CU online and went in to talk to someone and from the minute I entered I was greeted pleasantly and everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and some went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. Irene and Lisa have been so wonderful to work with in person and over the phone. “The only problem that occurred was a 25 minute wait on the telephone to reach a representative. Once a representative answered she was excellent. She handled my problem in a quick and efficient way. She was very nice. I don't hold the time wait against her because it has been almost impossible to reach a rep from the T for a very long time. It's a management problem. I thank the rep for her help and assistance.”
“The customer service could be a little better, especially when it comes to acknowledging customers who have been waiting. If you'd like to speak to staff for per se - opening an account, the wait takes about 15-30 minutes. The staff members are nice and helpful, they are doing their best.”
“Pleasantly surprised how new the space was and the service is prompt. This is located on the District Ave complex across from the AMC theatre. When you first enter, you are first greeted by a front desk person who directs you to a bank rep. There is an atm to get cash and the rest of the space is devoted to individual offices to meet with the bank rep. There is free fast WIFI. There is one hour parking in the front of the building otherwise park in the garage.”
“My partner uses Metro and it works great for him. Went into this branch yesterday for help and the people were very helpful and kind. The interior is well kept. They are still using plastic dividers as of 11-16-22 so that's cool. Overall would recommend this branch.”
