Nasty store and worse staff. They act like they are working at a high end salon with the Kmart mannequin style. I should have just ordered items on Amazon.

HORRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY!!!! I ordered some items and before I ordered them online, I called the stores in my area and they said they didn't have them in stock. So I proceeded to order these items online. I requested same day delivery since that option was available and none of the items came in that day. I called numerous times and they hung up on me, I also went on the live chat the person named Angel D told me that the shipment is late and I would have to drive to pick up the items MYSELF (PAID EXTRA FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY). The best part is that the store he wanted me to go pick it up from was the one I called and they said they didn't have any in stock. WOW. The cherry on the top was that after he told me to go pick up my items he ended the chat. These people are RUDE and don't know how to do their job.

I don’t recommend this place. Yesterday I got a bad experience after visiting there, the girl who served me introduced herself as an assistant manager, as soon as I asked her to help me choose a hair dryer, she showed her dislike for me all the time, she was absolutely incompetent, she didn’t know anything about products. I was in cosmo prof in Malden, Weymouth , etc., and I have never encountered such a thing anywhere. It was very unpleasant, but nevertheless I continued to address her with respect, which she din’t deserve. And I also tried to change the clipper (babyliss pro gold ferrari) that I bought a week ago, I tried it only once and noticed some dysfunction, I decided to change it to another, because knowing from my own experience that if something was wrong from the beginning, it’s not will serve, I paid $ 200 for this and I want to be sure that it’s not in vain. I brought receipt and a box with everything, but she said that the company store has a new rules and if I used something at least once, it won’t be changed to another! I don’t deny that this may be true, but really I will not go there anymore, at least for ill-mannered treatment.
