“Jaden assisted my wife and I to help her select a new iPhone, learn updates in meaningful ways (we are young, and I would have said we knew how to use the cameras well. He showed us multiple things rapidly that were helpful and caught both of us by surprise), transfer our information to the phone, and checked on us multiple times while the transfer was happening to make sure we were on track. It was actually the best customer service I have experienced in years, and I work in a service industry. He was energetic and knowledgeable and to help us logic through decisions.
My wife and I had gone to the Hingham location just prior and were a bit frustrated by our experience there. This turned it around enough for me to go out of my way to write this! Thank you Jaden.”

“Very small store but there is alot packed inside. I went in for 45's and had a pretty good amount (for a small store) records are 3.00 a piece but I asked if he would give me a flat price (think I got like 50 records) He only took off 20 bucks (thought it'd be more than that seeing as it's a small store). Gonna try going into Boston and see if I can get a better deal. But it's not too bad I guess”

“I had to make an appointment for service because my IPhone was not working and doing all kinds of crazy things. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and directed to a table. Matt then came over to help me about 5-8 minutes later. Matt asked me some questions and began to figure out my problem. Matt explained everything he wanted to try and how the process was going to happen. It took a while but Matt was able to get my phone working perfectly within about 30 minutes. There was no charge as it was an Apple software problem. Matt is very knowledgeable and personable and is a credit to this Apple location.?”

They were quick to offer assistance, and I felt like they really understood the products inside out. The Genius Bar was truly helpful, and the service felt personalized and professional. The overall shopping experience was smooth and stress-free, with no aggressive sales tactics or distractions. Although Apple’s prices are higher, the premium customer service and creative products(especially Vision Pro) made it worth the visit. Some items are better than others you just have to look at what your buying and make sure it has what you need. The employees have always been incredibly helpful even when we were not buying anything and just asking questions.The description on tags saying why returned could be better to eliminate boxes being torn apart in store.”
