Rude staff: After pumping my gas, I was trying to find where I needed to go next on my maps app (not familiar with the area), and one of the staff told me to leave and was very rude about it. I would understand requesting that I move if it were busy, but it was empty with only one other car at the station.

Use to never have problems here till today. Tried using my card, apparently this gas station does a $500 hold on credit which my card texted me and alerted me of that, so my card declined on a $25 gas purchase due to the high hold amount. So I was going to use a different card, the attendant then started saying that what I was saying wasn’t true and then didn’t want to accept any other of my cards. Then told me he wasn’t going to serve me anymore. I use to work at a gas station I know how the systems work, to be refused service by stating simple facts is absolutely ridiculous. I then went to a different gas station down the street and had no problem at all. The whole situation left me irritated I was lucky that I had enough gas to make it to a different station.

I normally don't mind paying a little extra for better service, I was there 8/17 at 7:15 to 7:25, neither attendant was helping customers. I watched multiple people pump their own gas at the full serve pumps. I've been coming here since before it was Citco, unfortunately I think it's time to find a new station.

As a business owner, I really don't like to leave bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business. When this Super Shine was first renovated a few years ago it was great and I was here all the time. However, it has fallen into disrepair and I have been waiting for it to turn around. It just seems to get worse. In particular, I am speaking about the 24 hour self serve and touchless bays. The touchless wash is descent but is down to one bay from two and it is out of order frequently. I used the self service bay today and was quite disappointed. I basically spent $5 to get my car wet. The only services that worked were the high pressure wash and rinse. The foam brush did not work at all; just water came out. The same for the high pressure wax. The spot free rinse didn't come on at all, and neither did the tire and wheel cleaner. On top of all this, the place is in disrepair and dirty. There are too many other new options in the area and unfortunately I can't see myself returning.

This car wash is the absolute worst. Went the on 02/20/2022 (Sunday) to run my wrangler through to get the salt off. I could hear noises and knew there was an issue while going through the wash. Upon inspection after going through I saw my passenger side tail light was ripped off. Spoke with Rick M and he filled out an incident report after retrieving the casing and lens from the wash. He had me take a picture of the report on my phone as proof and told me somebody would contact me no later than than the following Tuesday. As of 03/02/2022 I have not heard from anybody. Old rundown dirty looking car wash with terrible customer service. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
