Rude workers. I asked for help because I wasn’t able to reach something and the worker yelled at me for asking her since she was on break. How was I supposed to know and I even apologized after she raised her voice at me. Even after I apologized she kept yelling at me.

This is an amazing store. Very good deals and prices. The store manager was awesome, she helped me build a look for my upcoming trip. Definitely coming back here again

Horrible! Horrible ! Horrible Bunch of rude and unprofessional people running the store. We spent a lot of time selecting a lot of stuff but they have closed fitting room without any reason. So we left it without buying and they started misbehaving. Looks like they are going out of business soon.

Zero customer service. Was not greeting once and was in the store over 10 minutes. I won’t be bringing my daughters here anymore !

I am not quite sure why this place is listed as closed here but it isn't closed because I just shopped at this store this afternoon. They do have some nice clothing here in some very cute styles and the store seems well kept up with their merchandise attractively displayed. The items here are reasonably priced and you can find some good buys in this store. However--The customer service here today was definitely off. I was looking for a pair of certain pair of leggings in a different size and when I asked the guy who was working there today if more sizes were available he was very short with me and did not even try to assist me in finding a pair in more sizes. Most stores that I go into have sales clerks who will happily answer my questions and if I need help finding a size they will go through the clothing racks and help me find what I am looking for. He seemed to be working on a project and looked very busy. So it's not like he was slacking off or anything but he needs to realize that while store projects and store upkeep is very important, so is customer service since customers are the very people keeping the store in business. I ended up just trying to find the item by myself. I did not find what I was looking for so I left without buying anything. I would go back but I certainly hope that next time I receive better customer service than I did today. I have been to this store before on a few occasions and the customer service was much better so I know for a fact that they are capable of much better than what I saw today.

The quality & variety has gone down, they need a new buyer, I loved the old Charlotte Russe, they had beautiful party dresses.
