Car Craft is, by far, the best auto body shop in the area. Not only do they have excellent customer service, especially John, but their work is top-rate and very high quality. They have done a lot of work for me over the years, and never once have I been disappointed. I am always very impressed, as my car comes back each time looking like it just came out of the factory. Highly recommend this shop. It’s the only place with which I would trust my Mustang.

If I could put less of a star I would I had my car towed there after an accident and after about a week or so I was wondering where the estimate was after speaking to the manager he may have been the owner but I spoke to him several times and he said he did not have an estimate to give me he was waiting on the insurance company and I told him that I was probably going to be the one stuck paying the bill so if you can just write me an estimate he said he could not do that you would have to wait until Progressive came before I can give me an estimate in the meantime he never told me that I'd be paying storage while we're going on a 3rd almost 4th week now and he still hasn't got an estimate for me I don't mind you taking your time a little bit but if you going to charge me storage you better notify me can you show me he would keep the car in trade of the balance on the storage I brought my car in to get fixed and get an estimate he said there's an opportunity to keep a car that he might like in all my years I've never waited a month for an estimate the damage was to the driver's side quarter panel and bumper I took a lot of money in school for 4 years he was trying to tell me the damage was 7,800 for a hood and a quarter panel I looked at the parts myself less than $300

Got rear-ended. Not a ton of damage but still needed it fixed. Not only did they do the work so that it looks perfect, they detailed the car inside and out, included the tire sidewalls. There was a bunch of tree sap on the car as well and they got all of that off. The car looks great, the works was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was very nice and made the process effortless. Aces in my book.

I took my Wrangler to Car Craft after being rear ended. They took excellent car of my vehicle and got it back to me within a months time. They also helped to add my new bumper!Thank you so much Car Craft!

I brought my car to Car Craft Auto Body for a estimate on my Lexus. It needed some major work on it. John looked vehicle over and explained to me what needed to be done. I agreed with him and was glad he explained every detail to be done. He even threw in a little extra. When I picked up my car with all the work done it looked brand new. It will last me many years. They are very friendly and professional.

Car Craft in Braintree is an absolute gem of the South Shore. When I needed body work done on my SUV, all it took was one phone call and one trip during my lunch break with the insurance quote in hand to see what could be done and get on the schedule. There is no judgment at Car Craft -- whether you were hit, or you hit somone or something, the staff don't care and won't hold it against you. They will get you back on the road quickly and safely as possible. Everyone is so nice! When it came time to pick up my car, I was on death's doorstep with severe covid, but I worked it out with the shop as to when I could come in. My car looked phenomenal (almost better than when I bought it) and was ready to go! I appreciate the attention to detail, quality, and customer service at Car Craft. I recently was rear-ended and brought my car to Car Craft for body work. They make the process extremely seamless, great communication, timely repairs, and beautiful work. You can pick up your enterprise rental and drop it there for convenience. Bonus my car was cleaned in and out ??. Highly recommend!

I went here twice for the same repair, a rear bumper replacement. The first time went smooth and got an OEM rear bumper for my vehicle(like it should be). The second time I needed this done I went here again because of the great success of the first time using this shop. My insurance approved the repair which consisted of AFTER MARKET PARTS!! Before I knew what happened I drove off not realizing what had happened. I returned a few days later for them to fix a bulb that didn’t work.(the left tail light assembly had also been replaced the second time around) The tail light assembly was the wrong match for my car as well. The rear bumper also doesn’t line up flush with the rest of the body of the car. Be very meticulous after receiving your car back from them. I was also told people complain about the mechanics not doing the job right and the manager said “Everyone expects the job to come out perfect but I have to pay my guys 35 an hour and the dealers pay more” Good to know better just go to the dealerServices: Painting

I was in a small car accident in July and didn't really know much about the process of getting my car fixed. Everyone I came into contact with was really nice and they took care of everything, it was such an easy process! My repair was done a lot faster than I anticipated. Plus, when I picked up my car, it was so clean on the outside and inside, it seriously looked brand new. My experience with Car Craft exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend!

The best staff/service. I was recently rear ended and car craft made the entire process as easy and stress free as possible. I was able to pick up my rental car at the shop and drop the rental off when my car was fixed. The staff are so wonderful and accommodating. They even vacuumed my jeep out for me (which was covered in husky dog hair). Really thoughtful and kind, wasn’t expecting that. Thank you so much! Will absolutely come back if ever needed.

I called and made an appointment to get an estimate or to have this auto body shop fix the crease in the drivers door, front fender, and ripped door insert on my 1975 MGB . Pretty straightforward stuff for a good body shop. The lady said bring it in at 9:30 am on Friday. When I arrived some air head who didn't even introduce himself came outside looked at it then said" oh we don't work on older vehicles might be tough to get parts I said Moss Motors has everything needed he said we only do insurance work in and out quick! What a moron!! Maybe they do good work I don't know but this clown rather than be honest made up some crap. How about you tell the dingbat that answers your phone what type of cars you actually do work on save everybody some time. Two dummies don't make a righty!!

I’m very picky about which body shop I use as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. I have historically used a shop in the West Roxbury area where I grew up, but now that I have a kid and live in Braintree it would have been a hassle to coordinate dropping my car off and getting a rental etc.These guys came highly recommended by MAPFRE and the rental car company I used and they did not disappoint. I spent half my adult life in the automotive repair industry and I’m not easily impressed when it comes to repair and body work, but I have to give these guys their props. Their work and customer service is excellent and I will be using them for all my body work going forward.Services: Painting
