I tried to put out of my mind the bugs, bad plumbing, and smell of cigarettes.. But when I just went to step out of my room and had cops busting out of the stairwell with shotguns drawn to deal with the screaming match turned domestic dispute at the end of the hall, I figured I needed to leave a review. This place does not feel like a hotel… it’s something else entirely. Don’t stay here.

When I reserved my room I requested extra pillows and the young girl at the front desk told me there were no extra pillows in the hotel at this time, so on my way to my room I stopped and asked housekeeping for 2 extra pillows and they got them for me with no problem so clearly the receptionist could not be bothered to help abd I thought that was poor customer service. The morning of check out we couldn't use the bathroom to shower because the toilet flooded. Maintenance finally arrived unblocked the toilet and left all the dirty toilet water on the floor. I will not be staying here EVER again.

I checked in on a Friday. By the end of my night, I noticed a cockroach approaching me in the bathroom. A little upset, I notified the front desk and they gave me a new room. I noticed a cockroach on the ceiling of that room too. By then, it was too late to do anything else. The second room also had a dirty dishcloth on top of the kitchen cabinet. As I left, the manager offered an upgrade upon my return. Since the rooms were all kind of the same, I don't think I'll be returning.

Staff are very nice. Safe place to stay. Really great rates especially when booking through 3rd party(can get a room anywhere from $85-$95) a night. Kitchenettes are awesome. Place is clean! No complaints very quiet. I couldn’t hear anything. Staff are very helpful. Everyone there is Amazing for staff! Brian always goes above and beyond he needs a raise! :)

My husband and I hated it!!!The pictures shown online is bate! Workers are never at the front desk because they're always roaming the hallways. The carpet on every floor is filthy. There's an unpleasant smell as soon as you enter the building and it's roams on every floor. iSheets, blankets, and pillows are stained. Soiled towels are left outside of tenants rooms for housekeeping to pick up. They're always out of supplies. Garbage smells in the stairwell because there's always an overflow. Exit doors are always left open for anyone to enter. Tenants are smoking in the hallways. Office clerks smoking weed. Wash room floors are dirty. It took $9 dollars to dry one load of clothes. The television has poor quality pictures. There's a fish smell coming through the vents.My husband used the guest restroom and took pictures to show me. In all honesty, that restroom is the cleanest place in the whole building. A lot of people are not doing their jobs and it shows. I can write a book about this place.Sincerely,A disappointed couple :(

I have stayed at many hotels at this price point for work, and many Sonestas. This hotel is simply disgusting. Old building, gross dirty carpets, the hallways smell like rancid food (not someone cooking, legit rancid) and the "gym" and laundry room they offer is not only a joke but a safety hazard. Only positive is the sheets seemed clean, fridge was clean, and check in was easy. This place is not worth the gamble of having an "okay" room or a disaster.

The hotel is horrible! I have nothing nice to say about it. In the room I found human nail and I only got comp for one room . Also the heating system was broken it was either too cold or too hot. The person in the front desk when I asked for service looked annoyed and didn’t want to be bothered. Every day I had to get a new key there doors just are awful. If you can stay somewhere go for it

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting on my deposit for over a month. I called and instead of the manager listening to my concerns and trying to fix my situation he wanted to go back and forth with me. I do not recommend people staying at this hotel until they get better customer service

This location is right off the interstate and can improve on the cleanliness. The room I stayed in was spacious and I really enjoyed the kitchenette (never had that in a hotel I stayed at). The gentleman who checked me in (didn't know his name) was extremely nice and friendly, but he did complain that the pricing at the inhouse store was expensive. Yes - I get that items are a bit of an overcharge, you could have mentioned that the items are a bit pricey, when he stated that a bottle of Coke was $3.50 for one bottle is a bit much for guests. Basically complaining about the price, like I am not your buddy or coworker. But the cleanliness is slightly turned me away. I did fine some areas of the room that needed an extra vacuuming, but nothing prepared for what I found next. Right by the bed I found a chocolate treat from a certain character from Orlando. How can you miss rat droppings. Hopefully the second time around I'll have a better experience.Rooms: The cleanliness needs a major upgrade!! Found some rat droppings next to my bed!!

They overbooked and did not have a room for us when we arrived. If you know you are arriving late night to check in, use caution when booking through third-parties such as expedia as they are first to lose their rooms. With that being said, expedia did relocate us after being turned away which was probably for the best anyway as the "vibe" at the property turned us off immediately upon pulling into the parking lot.

Very outdated, really could use a major facelift (the seat on our toilet wasn't even attached to the bowl!) But it was clean and safe and close to the city. Well stocked rooms for the long term traveler.

THEY HAVE ROACHES AND NO LIGHT! AND THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH HAVE BEEN CONTACTED and i will be filing a lawsuit if managers do not get back to me and RETURN MY MONEY. DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE! I am a Healthcare worker. I left my family behind to do something greater than myself, which was to serve and help the community of Massachusetts during the height of the pandemic. I stayed here for about all together 9 months, doing various assignments. Sonesta overall has accumulated nearly $30,000 OF MY MONEY!!!!!! Of that i must say that my experience was a terrible one. After working such long hours, all I wanted was a place to lay my head. A place of peace before another long stressful day. I had roaches in my space all over the counter,dish washer, and floors. See pics I had to spray them. I had no light for about 1 month and had to use adjacent lights to see tripping over furniture and unable to cook because was unable to see the stove. No place to wash My uniform because ALL MACHINES OUT OF SERVICE so I had to go the independent laundry hauling big bags of clothes to get them washed. Paying more money on services you are already paying for. could not use dishwasher because septic system is poor smelling like old sewage and roaches running in dishwasher. Ice machine in 90 degree weather was not in my room. Could of passed out of heat exhaustion. Makayla glad she was fired horrible manager. Told me she could "kick me out if she wanted to" leaving a Healthcare worker stranded and no place to go after reporting these complaints several times. This is not pet friendly, there's poop in the walkways. See pics. Loads of hot smelly garbage in walk ways making the air quality poor and reek of decomposing food. They spray pesticides for the roaches upon request but you have to smell toxic carcinogenic chemicals. Marie the house keeper is the only nice pleasant person you can tell she can't solve these problems but has to make a living. I called the call center to response. Managers no response they do not care. Hopefully the letter to the CEO, call from department of public health and a consult to my lawyer of what actions can be taken to get my money back will shake things up. I'll never stay at sonesta or any of its affiliates again!!Thanks sonesta for treating your Healthcare staff like gold. You really do care to keep your public servants in roaches, bed bugs, no light, dirty clothes, and no ice in severe weather temperatures. Watch your clogs they may have dog poop on it. Oh yea the grills don't work.
